  • Patent number: 11472169
Abstract: A metal laminate includes a lamination of a first metal plate and a second metal plate. The first metal plate includes a caulking that exhibits a mountain shape protruding from a back surface side and recessed on a front surface side, and the second metal plate includes an accommodating portion configured to accommodate the caulking such that the caulking is fitted to the accommodating portion. The caulking includes a recessed portion provided on an inner concave surface of the caulking and recessed toward the back surface side of the first metal plate, and an abutting portion provided on an outer convex surface of the caulking and abutted against an inner surface of the accommodating portion at a position corresponding to the recessed portion. The abutting portion expands laterally from the outer convex surface toward the inner surface of the accommodating portion.

  • Patent number: 10493922
Abstract: A re-configurable center console assembly includes a center console assembly and a phone holder tray. The center console assembly has a main body that includes a first side wall and a second side wall defining a concaved storage area therebetween. The first side wall and the second side wall further define a plurality of retaining positions therebetween. The phone holder tray has a first side portion, a phone supporting portion and a second side portion. The first side portion is configured to manually attach, detach and re-attach to the first side wall. The second side portion is also configured to attach, detach and re-attach to the second side wall such that the phone holder tray is installed to a first of the plurality of retaining positions and is detachable and re-attachable to a second of the plurality of retaining positions.

  • Patent number: 9616778
Abstract: A vehicle seat structure having a seat back section, a latch mechanism and a striker member. The latch mechanism is connected to the seat back section. The striker member has a first attachment end, a striker bar portion, a serpentine portion and a second attachment end. The striker bar portion is located between the first attachment end and the serpentine portion. The serpentine portion is located between the striker bar portion and the second attachment end. The first and second attachment ends are adapted to be attached to an upright rear wall of the passenger compartment. The striker bar portion is configured to releasably engage the latch mechanism to limit movement of the seat back section with respect to the rear wall of the passenger compartment. The serpentine portion is configured to deform in response to application of force to the seat back section in excess of a predetermined level of force.

  • Patent number: 9611903
Abstract: The present invention relates to a pulley structure containing a first rotatable body, a second rotatable body and a torsional coil spring, in which the torsional coil spring has one end region, the outer circumferential surface of which is in contact with one rotatable body due to the self elastic restoring force when the pulley structure is in a stopped state, the other end region, the inner circumferential surface of which is in contact with the other rotatable body when the pulley structure is in the stopped state, and a middle region, and in which when the torsional coil spring is twisted in the diameter increasing direction, the inner circumferential surface of at least a circumferential portion of the other end region of the torsional coil spring separates from the other rotatable body.
