Abstract: A dongle device includes a dongle input terminal connected to an MIDI output terminal of an audio-music device, a dongle output terminal connected to an MIDI input terminal of the audio-music device, communication means exchanging various electronic information between the audio-music device and the other electronic device via the dongle input terminal and the dongle output terminal, and a power-supply circuit which obtains power from a signal line in the MIDI scheme from the audio-music device via the dongle input terminal, supplies the power to the communication means, and outputs the power to the MIDI input terminal of the audio-music device via the dongle output terminal.

Abstract: In a mixer system including an editing device that edits a configuration of signal processing by designating a combination of a plurality of components and a DSP that processes audio signals in accordance with the signal processing configuration edited by the editing device, when the mixer engine does not store a predetermined enabling key, audio signal processing including a protected component in the mixer engine is disabled, and when the mixer engine stores the predetermined enabling key, the audio signal processing is enabled. Further, the editing device is permitted to edit a signal processing configuration including the protected component irrespective of storage of the enabling key in the mixer engine.

Abstract: In an apparatus having a display for supplying parameters to a mixing system, a first display control section controls the display to present a scene list containing identifications of each scene and configuration data of the mixing system specified by first specification data contained in each scene. A scene selection acceptance section accepts selection of a scene from the scene list presented on the display. A second display control section controls the display to present operation data of the mixing system specified by second specification data contained in the selected scene, such that the display presents each portion of the operation data. Each portion contains one option of the operation data specified by the second specification data in manner distinguishable from another option not specified by the second specification data.

Abstract: A controller for controlling display on an edit screen for performing edit using components each having nodes and wires connecting the nodes is configured to add, when there is a direction to add a wire for connecting the nodes, a wire according to the direction and set a display style of the added wire to the display style corresponding to the display style set for the kind of the nodes on both sides; when there is a direction to change the display style for one of the kinds of the node, the controller changes the display style of the directed kind according to the direction, while not changing the display style of the wire; and when there is a direction to change the display style of the wire, the controller changes the display style of the directed wire according to the direction.

Abstract: In an audio signal processing system, a plurality of audio signal processing apparatuses are previously linked to form a zone, and logically defined as devices belonging to a zone, and further the devices are grouped into a plurality of device groups within the zone. Each of the audio signal processing apparatuses includes a device group table that registers information specifying controls which are performed in respective audio signal processing apparatuses belonging to a device group in case that a group control command is given for collectively controlling the device group, and a master table that registers information specifying controls which are performed in respective device groups included in the zone in case that a zone control command is given for collectively controlling the zone. Both the collective control of the zone and the collective control of the device group are performed.

When any one of the displayed icons has been selected by the user, the window corresponding to the selected icon is displayed on the display as an active window.
