  • Patent number: 10260531
Abstract: A hydraulic drive system includes control valve and operating devices, a variable displacement pump, and a flow regulator. When an operating lever inclination angle becomes a value, a control valve opening area becomes a reference. When the operating lever inclination angle maximizes, the opening area maximizes. The flow regulator: until the operating lever inclination angle becomes the value, increases the pump discharge flow rate with the inclination angle, so a differential pressure between pump discharge and actuator load pressures is constant; when the operating lever inclination angle becomes the value, controls the pump discharge flow rate, so a control valve passing flow rate is an actuator maximum flow rate when the differential pressure is constant; and when the operating lever inclination angle is between the value and the maximum, defines a maximum pump discharge flow rate, so the pump discharge flow rate is kept to the actuator maximum flow rate.

  • Patent number: 10202182
Abstract: In a first step of a watercraft control method, a command signal to activate an automatic cruise function is received. In a second step, a target vessel velocity of a watercraft is set. In a third step, an actual vessel velocity of the watercraft is obtained. In a fourth step, a command signal is generated that is a signal to perform an automatic cruise control to control a thrust of the watercraft such that a difference between the target vessel velocity and the actual vessel velocity falls in a predetermined range of values. In a fifth step, it is determined whether or not a predetermined interruption condition has been established. In a sixth step, a command signal is generated that is a signal to perform the automatic cruise control with the thrust having a different magnitude from the thrust to be generated under normal circumstances without establishment of the interruption condition when the interruption condition has been established.

  • Patent number: 10190795
Abstract: In order to derive, from operation data obtained from an air conditioner, the correct cause of malfunction of the air conditioner and the suitable repair information, a diagnostic system is connected to an outdoor unit and the indoor units of the air conditioner, which is provided with communication units. A mobile communication terminal requests that the communication units of the air conditioner transmit the operation data and the model data to the mobile communication terminal, which then communicates with a maintenance server system storing a diagnostic program corresponding to each model of air conditioner. Then, either the maintenance server system or the mobile communication terminal uses the diagnostic program corresponding to the model data to make a diagnosis of the air conditioner on the basis of the received model data and operation data. The diagnostic result is displayed on a display unit of the mobile communication terminal.

  • Patent number: 10167611
Abstract: A hydraulic excavator drive system includes: a cylinder that drives a moving part that is an arm or a bucket. Hydraulic oil is supplied from a hydraulic pump to the cylinder via a control valve. A bypass line branches off from a rod-side supply/discharge line. The bypass line is blocked and opened by a restrictor. The restrictor is controlled by a controller such that, when the hydraulic oil is supplied to the cylinder through a head-side supply/discharge line, the restrictor blocks the bypass line if a pressure detected by a load detector is lower than a predetermined value, and opens the bypass line if the pressure detected by the load detector is higher than or equal to the predetermined value.
