Abstract: A referral system for handling information on order entry and sales includes: means adapted to receive an order; means for extracting providers which can handle the order received; means for making an inquiry to the providers for handling availability; means for selecting a provider based on the inquiry; means for making a reservation at the provider if the provider can handle the order; means for providing at least part of the information obtained with the above-stated means to an orderer; and means for feeding back achievement information and/or various types of service information to the provider.

Abstract: A method of growing a single crystal, comprises pulling a single crystal from molten material in a crucible by the Czochralski method; simultaneously applying an axially symmetric, radial cusp magnetic field to the molten material; and simultaneously heating the crucible from both the bottom and the sides; where a ratio of the heating from the bottom of the crucible, q, to the total heating of the crucible, Q, is q/Q, and during the pulling the ratio q/Q changes. The concentration of oxygen in the pulling direction of the crystal may be accurately controlled, and is uniform.
