Moreover, the object of the present invention is to provide cultured muscle cells that are very suitable for measurement of the membrane-translocation activity of GLUT4 in an extraneous stimulus-dependent manner such as insulin, etc., and to provide a method for the measurement of the membrane-translocation activity of GLUT4 using the cells.
