  • Patent number: 11972827
Abstract: The disclosure provides a semiconductor storage device and a reading method, which may achieve high-speed processing time for error detection and correction and achieve miniaturization. The flash memory of the disclosure has a NAND chip and an ECC chip. The NAND chip has: a memory array; a page buffer/sensing circuit, including latches L1 and L2; and dedicated input and output terminals, which may be used for data transmission with ECC chip. The latch L1 contains cache C0 and cache C1, and the latch L2 only contains the cache C1. The data in the cache C0 of the latch L1 and the data in the cache C1 of the latch L2 are transmitted to the ECC chip. In response to outputting data at the initial address from the ECC chip, the next page is read from the memory array, and the read data is held in the latch L1.

  • Publication number: 20060154490
Abstract: A liquid treating apparatus includes an etchant discharging nozzle for discharging a treating solution (E) onto an upper surface of a film carrier tape for mounting an electronic component (T) from above and a treating solution contact prevention chamber disposed on an upstream side of a liquid treating start position (A) in which an etchant (E) discharged onto an upper surface of the film carrier tape (T) through an etchant discharging nozzle starts etching and serving to prevent the discharged solution from coming in contact with the film carrier tape (T) before the liquid treating start position (A). The apparatus also includes a liquid sealing lip member of a first infiltration preventing member and an upper lip component and a lower lip component of a second infiltration preventing member disposed in the treating solution contact prevention chamber.

  • Patent number: 6876129
Abstract: A piezoelectric drive body is secured to a shaft that is rotatably supported by a holder. A leaf spring is fastened to the upper end of the holder and is in resilient contact with the upper end of the shaft. Friction between the shaft and the leaf sprig acts as a rotation-suppressing force on the shaft. When a sawtooth-waveform voltage is applied to the drive body, the drive body vibrates to the right and left. The drive body rotates around the shaft in a specific direction, due to the difference in inertial force resulting from the difference in the deforming speed of the body. The voltage linearly rises and falls repeatedly or has a sinusoidal waveform. In either case, the voltage rises from a minimum to a maximum for time T1 and falls from the maximum to the minimum for time T2 that is different from time T1.

  • Publication number: 20030057909
Abstract: A drive body 1, which is a piezoelectric element of bimorph type, is secured to a shaft 2. The shaft 2 is rotatably supported by a holder 12. A leaf spring 13 is fastened to the upper end of the holder 12. The leaf spring 13 is set in resilient contact with the upper end of the shaft 2. The friction between the shaft 2 and the leaf spring 13 acts as a rotation-suppressing force on the shaft 2. A sawtooth-waveform voltage is applied to the drive body 1 through a wire extending through the shaft 2 that has a hollow. When applied with the sawtooth-waveform voltage, the drive body 1 vibrates to the right and the left. The drive body 1 rotates around the shaft 2 in a specific direction, due to the difference in inertial force resulting from the difference in the deforming speed of the body 1. The voltage applied to the drive body 1 may linearly rises and falls repeatedly or may have a sinusoidal waveform.

  • Patent number: 5221168
Abstract: A device for fixing an external part to a shaft, which clam a boll and roller bearing by a washer and a nut. The washer is provided with a plurality of projecting engageable pawls on the outer periphery thereof and a projecting tongue piece on the inner periphery thereof. This tongue piece is inserted into an engageable groove formed in an externally threaded portion of the shaft. The nut has engageable grooves for receiving the engageable pawls of the washer, on the outer periphery thereof. This nut is threadably coupled onto the externally threaded portion of the shaft, thereby the ball and roller bearing is clamped interposing the washer between the bearing and the nut. The tongue piece of the washer is formed in such a manner that, out of the opposite ends in the circumferential direction of the tongue piece, at least the forward end in a direction of rotation of fastening the nut is positioned on the center line or thereabout of the engageable pawl. The shaft may be a hollow shaft.

  • Patent number: 5147144
Abstract: A hollow shaft in which an externally threaded portion is forced on an outer periphery of an opening portion at one end of a main body and an engageable groove engageable with a tongue piece of a washer for a bearing is recessedly provided in the axial direction in the externally threaded portion. The engageable groove is recessedly provided to define a remaining wall portion at an outer end of the hollow shaft in the axial direction, whereby a reinforcing ring portion is integrally formed at an outer end portion of the externally threaded portion in the axial direction, the width of the remaining wall portion being set at such a dimension that the washer for the bearing can be coupled into the externally threaded portion.
