  • Patent number: 5204030
Abstract: A method for producing pitch-type carbon fiber, comprising the steps of discharging, from a spinning nozzle, a spinning pitch comprising an optically isotropic pitch and/or optically anisotropic pitch, maintained at such a temperature that the spinning pitch can have a viscosity of 20 poises or less, to form pitch fiber, while jetting a gas preheated to a temperature of 100.degree. C. lower than the temperature at which the spinning pitch can have a viscosity of 20 poises or less, or higher from the periphery of the spinning nozzle in the same direction as the discharging direction of the spinning pitch and parallel to the discharged pitch fiber to give extremely fine fiber having an average diameter of 5 .mu.m or less, and subjecting the thus spun fine fiber to infusibilization and carbonization.

  • Patent number: 4757353
Abstract: An apparatus for setting regions to be trimmed on an original picture in a photographing printer which produces a trimmed reproduction picture image comprises a base on which a projecting lens for projecting the original picture on the surface of a photosensitive material and a TV camera for photographing the original picture are disposed so that they may be alternately exchanged their position to be set on a position aligning with an optical axis of a light source, a monitor which displays the original picture image photographed by the TV camera and an indicating means which indicates a configuration showing substantially the same region as that of to be trimmed by a trimming mask frame in overlapped manner with said picture image on the monitor.

  • Patent number: 4746208
Abstract: The photographic projector is adapted that a lens seating plate to which a projecting lens is fixed is provided so that it maybe moved in the optical direction with respect to the lens holder. When the base of the lens holder reaches even to the end of its stroke, distance of the original picture or that of the picture image from the base of the lens holder is still deficient in reaching to the value which corresponds to desired magnification, the lens seating plate is moved a desired amount along the optical axis so that the lens may be set up a position corresponding to any desired magnification.

  • Patent number: 4674867
Abstract: A photographic contact printing apparatus for duplicating original color picture films that can be operated in a lightroom, and that can expose the necessary number of photosensitive materials sequentially by closely contacting each of them with respective original picture films set up at an exposure position with a predetermined sequence according to commands of control means which are previously established by exposure conditions.

  • Patent number: 4655583
Abstract: In a photo printer, a web of photosensitive material is transported in proportion to a magnification ratio to a focusing plane movable along an optical axis, the web is exposed to a photo image, and the exposed web is then fed out. The printer includes a first magazine to load the web of the photosensitive material in a rolled form and to feed the web over a desired length, moving roller means for transporting the web along a path curved downwardly in a U-shape, exposure frame means composed in combination of a press pan and a mask frame and movable along the optical axis, nipping roller means provided in a pair on each of the front and rear sides of the exposure frame means and cooperated to transport the web along the focusing plane, exhaust feeding means for feeding out the exposed web, and a second magazine for receiving the exposed web from the exhaust feeding means.

  • Patent number: 4383458
Abstract: In the film cutter of this invention, a cutter carriage is guided by a guide rod of a circular cross section allowing it to make both a translational motion along the guide rod and a tilting motion about the guide rod, whereby a rotary blade mounted on the cutter carriage is assured of a close contact with a fixed linear blade irrespective of the thickness of the film to be cut for always attaining a satisfactory cutting action. And a film holder working in synchronism with the cutter carriage allows a roll of film to be cut into specified lengths in a sequential manner.

  • Patent number: 4382676
Abstract: A positioning machine of original films on a base sheet, wherein a base sheet having a pair of first register pin holes and pairs of second register pin holes is placed on a base plate which is provided with a pair of first register pins and pairs of second register pins corresponding to the first and the second register pin holes, by fitting the first register pins into the first register pin holes, and then the original films, each having a pair of second register pin holes, is positioned on the base sheet by fitting the second register pins into the second register pin holes of the base sheet and the original films.
