    Abstract: It is intended to provide a continuous blood purification system which shows extremely small errors in the dialysate flow rate and the replacement fluid flow rate and requires no pump calibration. The continuous blood purification system according to the present invention comprises a blood purifier (1), a blood circuit (2), a dialysate-supply line (4), a replacement fluid-supply line (5) and a water-removal line (6), wherein the dialysate-supply line (4), the replacement fluid-supply line (5) and the water-removal line (6) are provided with syringe pumps (43), (53) and (62), respectively. With respect to the dialysate-supply line (4), the dialysate which is drawn in at once to the syringe pump (43) can be continuously supplied in small portion to the blood purifier (1). With respect to the replacement fluid-supply line (5), the replacement fluid which is drawn in at once to the syringe pump (53) can be continuously supplied in small portion to the venous side or arterial side of the blood circuit.
