  • Publication number: 20160010758
Abstract: A fusible plug type pressure relief valve includes a housing, a valve element, a spring member, and a fusible piece. A valve passage is formed in the housing. A valve element is arranged at a closed position in the housing, the closed position being a position at which the valve element closes the valve passage. The valve element is movable to an open position at which the valve element opens the valve passage. The spring member presses the valve element in an open direction. The fusible piece supports the valve element against pressing force of the spring member. The fusible piece melts at not less than a predetermined melting temperature. An inner surface of a concave portion of the fusible piece contacts the valve element. The concave portion includes a tapered portion inclined relative to an axis line of the valve element.

  • Patent number: 9234485
Abstract: The present invention provides a fuel gas supply system of a gas engine capable of supplying to a fuel gas supply unit a fuel gas of constant pressure which fluctuates little. In a fuel gas supply system, a high-pressure tank and a gas injector are connected to each other by a supply passage, and an electromagnetic pressure regulating valve is provided on the supply passage. The electromagnetic pressure regulating valve is configured to regulate the pressure of the gas, flowing through the supply passage, to pressure corresponding to a current supplied to the electromagnetic pressure regulating valve. The gas pressure downstream of the electromagnetic pressure regulating valve is detected by a low-pressure-side pressure sensor. A controller is electrically connected to the electromagnetic pressure regulating valve.

  • Patent number: 9194354
Abstract: A fuel gas supplying and filling system for a fuel gas consuming unit, capable of using a supply passage in both filling and supplying operations and improving the airtightness and reliability of a fill passage. A high-pressure tank and a fuel gas consuming unit are connected to each other by a supply passage, and an electromagnetic pressure regulating valve is provided on the supply passage. An electromagnetic on-off valve is provided between the electromagnetic pressure regulating valve and the high-pressure tank. A fill passage is connected to a portion of the supply passage, the portion being located between the electromagnetic pressure regulating valve and the electromagnetic on-off valve. The fill passage is configured such that the high-pressure fuel gas can be supplied through a filling opening. When the high-pressure fuel gas is introduced to a downstream side of the electromagnetic on-off valve, the electromagnetic on-off valve opens the supply passage.

  • Publication number: 20140239207
Abstract: A valve device of the present invention includes: a main valve body interposed between a first pressure chamber of a main passage and a second pressure chamber; and a pilot valve body provided in the second pressure chamber. A first pilot passage including a first restrictor extends from an outside of a housing or a primary passage to the second pressure chamber, and a second pilot passage including a second restrictor is formed at the main valve body. The pilot valve body is maintained at a first operation position by a pilot valve body biasing member and is caused to move to a second operation position by a valve body driving unit. • Patent number: 8567792
Abstract: A resin sub-seal member (11) provided with a concave groove (16) is disposed at a region closer to a higher-pressure side region than a rubber main seal member (10) and pressure variation in a gas on a higher-pressure side is inhibited from being transmitted to the main seal member (10). Further, a variation reducing space (13) is formed between the seal members (10) and (11) to be able to reduce the pressure variation when gas leakage in the sub-seal member (11) occurs or the sub-seal member (11) responds with a delay with respect to the pressure variation. Thus, rapid change in the pressure of the gas surrounding the main seal member (10) is inhibited, occurrence of the blistering phenomenon is inhibited, and a high seal ability is achieved. The seal structure is formed by a simple structure including the seal members (10) and (11), and the variation reducing space (13).

  • Publication number: 20130175462
Abstract: A solenoid on-off valve includes a main valve body in a housing. A pilot passage is formed on the main valve body, and a pilot valve body is inserted into the pilot passage so as to open and close the pilot passage. The pilot valve body and the main valve body move in accordance with a plunger which is movable in an opening direction. The plunger and the pilot valve body are coupled by a coupling pin. The coupling pin is displaceable relative to the pilot valve body. When the main valve body is pushed in the opening direction and before the coupling pin contacts the pilot valve body, the plunger stops the movement of the main valve body. Thus, a shear force is prevented from acting on the coupling pin when the valve port is opened.
