  • Publication number: 20240102239
Abstract: A fibrous body processing apparatus includes a humidifying unit, a first processing unit, a second processing unit, a first supply passage, a second supply passage, and a returning passage. The humidifying unit generates humidified air. The first processing unit processes a material that contains fibers. The second processing unit processes the material that was processed at the first processing unit. Humidified air is supplied from the humidifying unit to the first processing unit through the first supply passage. Humidified air is supplied from the first processing unit to the second processing unit, together with the material, through the second supply passage. The returning passage includes an upstream-side end portion and a downstream-side end portion. Humidified air is returned from the second supply passage or the second processing unit to the humidifying unit through the returning passage.

  • Patent number: 11941549
Abstract: The management device of an autonomous driving vehicle includes a congestion rate calculation unit and a waiting place setting unit. The congestion rate calculation unit is able to calculate the congestion rate of a parking lot adjoining each of a plurality of commercial facilities. In a case where the congestion rate of a neighbor parking lot, or a parking lot in the neighborhood of a boarding place contained in reservation information for an autonomous driving vehicle reserved for dispatch, during a waiting time period before the scheduled boarding time, is less than a congestion threshold, the waiting place setting unit sets the neighbor parking lot as a waiting place for the autonomous driving vehicle to wait during the waiting time period.

  • Patent number: 11912308
Abstract: An autonomous vehicle allows passengers to transfer from a passenger vehicle, which is a relatively large vehicle, to the autonomous vehicle. The autonomous vehicle is provided with an autonomous travel control unit (steering control unit) configured to, when the passenger vehicle is stopped, cause the autonomous vehicle to pull up alongside the passenger vehicle such that an entrance (second entrance) of the autonomous vehicle is placed next to an entrance (first entrance) of the passenger vehicle.

  • Patent number: 6754090
Abstract: A power supply apparatus for use in electroplating includes an input-side rectifier (32). A rectifier output is converted into high-frequency signals in inverters (38a, 38b), which are transformed in transformers (48a, 48b). When the transformed high-frequency signals from the transformers are of positive polarity, they are rectified by a diode (50a or 50b) to cause a positive current to be supplied to a load (60). When the transformed high-frequency signals are of negative polarity, they are rectified by a diode (50c or 50d) to thereby cause a negative current to flow through the load. A first IGBT (54a) is connected in series with each of the diodes (50a, 50b) and is rendered conductive and nonconductive at a frequency lower than the high-frequency signal. Also, a second IGBT (54b) is connected in series with each of the diodes (50c and 50d) and is rendered nonconductive when the IGBT and nonconductive at the lower frequency.

  • Patent number: 6666960
Abstract: An electroplating current supply system includes a power supply unit for supplying an object to be plated (4) with an electroplating current whose polarity is inverted at predetermined intervals. The power supply unit includes a first DC power supply (3A) supplying a positive current and a second power supply (3B) supplying a negative current. The system includes further a processing unit (58) for controlling the ratio in magnitude and duration of the positive current (I2) to the negative current (I1) supplied to the object so as to plate the object with a uniform coating.

  • Patent number: 5424915
Abstract: A power supply device includes power semiconductor devices generating Joule's heat by themselves and circuit components generating no considerable heat by themselves but, as a group, generate a slight rise in temperature, which are included in a power supply circuit of the device. A structure is arranged to forcibly cool these semiconductor devices and circuit components by partitioning the interior of a housing of the Dower supply device to form a passage for an air flow, providing the housing with inlet and outlet openings for the air flow and providing the passage with a ventilating fan.
