Patent number: 11977036Abstract: An inspection device inspects of goods that include plural articles that sometimes overlap each other. An X-ray inspection device irradiates goods containing plural articles having a predetermined shape and inspects the goods on the basis of inspection images obtained from radiation that has passed through the goods or radiation that has reflected off the goods. The X-ray inspection device includes a storage component, a learning component, and an inspection component. The storage component stores, as teaching images, at least the inspection images of the goods that are in a state in which the plural articles overlap each other. The learning component acquires, by machine learning using the teaching images stored in the storage component, features relating to the goods that are in a state in which the plural articles overlap each other. The inspection component inspects the goods using the features that the learning component has acquired.Type: GrantFiled: October 30, 2018Date of Patent: May 7, 2024Assignee: ISHIDA CO., LTD.Inventors: Makoto Nakatani, Yoshinori Tarumoto, Akihiro Maenaka, Hironori Tsutsumi

Patent number: 11379536Abstract: Even when there are many candidates for a linked entity, accuracy of estimating an entity related to a term that appears on given writing is improved. A classification device stores a first model generated by using a corpus including pieces of first writing related to predetermined entities, and a second model generated by using a corpus including the pieces of first writing. Features of terms included in the first writing are acquired from the first model. Features of the pieces of first writing are acquired from the second model. The classification device causes the first model to output first information indicating entities indicated by terms, which has similarity in a feature to a second term included in second writing, among first terms indicating the predetermined entities. The classification device causes the second model to output second information indicating entities related to pieces of writing, which has similarity in a feature to the second writing, among the pieces of first writing.Type: GrantFiled: May 21, 2018Date of Patent: July 5, 2022Assignee: Rakuten Group, Inc.Inventors: Makoto Tsutsumi, Koji Murakami, Takashi Umeda

Patent number: 8498443Abstract: The present invention provides a watermark information embedding device, a watermark information processing system, a watermark information embedding method and program that can provide a two-dimensional code enabling detection of copying. The watermark information embedding device comprises a first wavelet transform unit (12), a watermark information embedding unit (14) and an inverse wavelet transform unit (150). The first wavelet transform unit (12) performs a discrete wavelet transform on an original image of a two-dimensional code and decomposes this into various frequency components, namely an LL component, an LH component, an HL component and an HH component. The watermark information embedding unit (14) embeds the watermark information in the HH component as a high-frequency component in an oblique direction.Type: GrantFiled: June 2, 2010Date of Patent: July 30, 2013Assignees: Kagoshima University, A.T Communications Co., Ltd.Inventors: Satoshi Ono, Shigeru Nakayama, Makoto Tsutsumi

Patent number: 5289143Abstract: A magnetostatic wave device comprises two YIG thin films as a ferrimagnetic base material. At one side of the YIG thin films, a microstrip line is disposed so as to intersect orthogonally with the main surfaces of the YIG thin films. At the other side of the YIG thin films, a ground conductor is disposed so as to intersect orthogonally with the main surfaces of the YIG thin films. A d.c. magnetic field is applied in a direction which is parallel to the main surfaces of the YIG thin films and orthogonal to the main surface of the microstrip line.Type: GrantFiled: July 22, 1992Date of Patent: February 22, 1994Assignee: Murata Manufacturing Co., Ltd.Inventor: Makoto Tsutsumi

Patent number: 5191308Abstract: This magnetostatic wave device includes a ferrimagnetic substrate like, for example, a YIG thin film. On this ferrimagnetic substrate a strip line is formed. One end of the strip line is connected to an input terminal and the other end is connented to an output terminal. A magnetic field is applied to the ferrimagnetic substrate by a magnet. In this case, the ferrimagnetic substrate is so disposed that a direction parallel to its principal plane and a direction perpendicular to its principal plane are not parallel to the direction of a line of magnetic force of the magnet.Type: GrantFiled: January 14, 1991Date of Patent: March 2, 1993Assignee: Murata Manufacturing Co., Ltd.Inventors: Makoto Tsutsumi, Toshio Nishikawa

Patent number: 4939488Abstract: A magnetostatic wave device includes a ferrimagnetic base such as an YIG (yttrium, iron, garnet) thin film. This ferrimagnetic base is formed, for example, on a GGG (gadolinium, gallium, garnet) substrate. Furthermore, a disk-form conductor is formed on the YIG thin film. This conductor is formed by adhering, for example, copper foil to the YIG thin film or by adhering a conductive material such as silver to the YIG thin film surface by means of evaporating or sputtering method.Type: GrantFiled: May 3, 1988Date of Patent: July 3, 1990Assignee: Murata Manufacturing Co., Ltd.Inventor: Makoto Tsutsumi
