Abstract: In accordance with an example embodiment a computer-implemented method and an apparatus for generating FAQs is provided. The method comprises receiving interaction data corresponding to interactions between a plurality of users and customer support representatives by a processor. A plurality of user parameters associated with the plurality of users is also received by the processor. A plurality of clusters is generated from the interaction data based on the plurality of user parameters. The method further comprises determining one or more visitor parameters corresponding to a visitor on an interaction medium. At least one cluster related to the visitor from among the plurality of clusters is identified based on the one or more visitor parameters. Further, at least one FAQ is generated based on the identified at least one cluster. The method further comprises providing the generated at least one FAQ to the visitor on the interaction medium by the processor.
