  • Patent number: 4982810
Abstract: An anti-theft device for a motor vehicle is provided. The anti-theft device is built into the vehicle and recesses into the dashboard of the vehicle when not in use. When in use, the anti-theft device is pulled from the dashboard and contacts the steering wheel of the vehicle. A lock mechanism provides the ability to lock the anti-theft device in contact with the steering wheel to prevent movement of the steering wheel. The anti-theft device is a non-flexible member which is withdrawn from the vehicle dashboard and passes in proximity to the transmission selector lever of the vehicle so that the transmission selector lever may not be moved out of the park position. When not in use, the anti-theft device is retracted into the dashboard of the vehicle and locked in that position.

  • Patent number: 4545514
Abstract: An upper torso frame includes a pair of vertical members with a waist well extending between and connected to the lower end portions of the vertical members. A shoulder member is positioned on the vertical members upper end portions. The shoulder member is connected to the upper ends of the vertical members for forward and backward pivotal movement. A pivot carrying link is connected by friction hinges at one end to each vertical member upper end portion and at the opposite end to the upper portion of an arm member so as to pivotally connect a pair of arm members to the upper torso frame. The pivot carrying link is pivotal on the torso frame and each arm member is pivotal on the pivot carrying link to thereby provide multiple degrees of pivotal movement of the arm members relative to the upper torso frame.

  • Patent number: 4366907
Abstract: A pair of leg frame members are connected in side by side spaced relationship and are adapted to be inserted in the legs of a pair of trousers to display the trousers in a selected position. Each of the leg frame members includes inner and outer seam supports formed by a plurality of elongated elements that are positioned in end to end relationship. The adjacent ends of the elongated elements are pivotally connected so that the inner and outer seam supports are formed by a plurality of spaced parallel pairs of elongated elements. Thus the pairs of elongated elements for each pair of leg frame members are independently pivotal to a preselected angular position. The pair of leg frame members can then be pivoted at a plurality of pivot points along the length thereof so as to display the legs of the trousers in a plurality of imaginative arrangements.
