    Abstract: The chair is formed with a base and a folding back, both made of strength members, such as metal tubing. Seat fabric is attached to the base, and back fabric is attached to the back. A storage bag is detachably attached to the back and, when the chair is in the folded position, the bag can swing over the seat and detachably attach to the seat to hold the chair in the folded position. Shoulder carrying straps are attached to the back for convenient carrying of the chair in the folded position.
