The vehicle also comprises at least one instrument cluster with at least one second display region. The infotainment system comprises a software component, wherein information relating to driver assistance systems can be shown in the first display region of the infotainment system. To update the infotainment system while maintaining a driving operation of the vehicle simultaneously, it is provided that the information relating to the driver assistance systems is shown in the second display region of the instrument cluster when the software component of the infotainment system is being updated.
