The method, the computer program product, and the computer system include mapping a service provided by the service provider to components of an infrastructure of the service provider, requesting a social media service to conduct a search of consumer feedback regarding the service, receiving information of the search from the social media service, evaluating the service through analyzing the information of the search, receiving status information of the infrastructure from a monitoring system of the service provider, correlating a result of evaluating the service to the status information of the infrastructure, and providing the service provider with visualization of the result that is correlated to the infrastructure.
