Abstract: A surface-treated metal material includes a metal sheet, a plating layer formed on the metal sheet and containing aluminum, magnesium, and zinc, and a composite coating formed on a surface of the plating layer, the composite coating including an organic silicon compound, one or two of a zirconium compound and a titanium compound, a phosphoric acid compound, a fluorine compound, and a vanadium compound, wherein, when a surface of the composite coating is analyzed at a spot size of ?30 ?m using micro-fluorescent X-rays, a maximum value of V/Zn, which is a mass ratio of a V content to a Zn content, is 0.010 to 0.100.

Abstract: A phone call status reenactment device for reenacting connection status of a phone call includes a storage and a display unit. The storage stores event data for each event in which connection status of a phone call has changed. The event data includes time data indicating a time when the connection status changed and type data indicating a type of event. The display unit displays data on connection status in response to an instruction. The data on connection status is displayed in order of time in accordance with the event data stored in the storage. The data on connection status includes a quantity of phone calls before answered by a phone call taker, a quantity of phone calls ended without answered by a phone call taker, and a quantity of phone calls answered by a phone call taker.

Abstract: A basket tote includes a basket and a hanging portion vertically slidably attached to the basket. The hanging portion has a grip portion and extending portions extending from the grip portion, and is stretchable with respect to the basket. The basket includes a handle portion for storing and supporting the hanging portion. The handle portion has two holes on a top portion thereof so that the extending portions slide in the holes.

Abstract: A dual-port memory is provided between an internal bus of a control unit of an exchange and a general-purpose bus such as an ISA bus or a PCI bus. A LAN controller for connecting to a LAN and a processor controller for controlling the LAN controller are connected to the general-purpose bus. In a configuration where a plurality of application processors are connected to the LAN, software for implementing a server function for enabling the application processors to be clients and a gateway function for connecting the LAN to the internal bus of the exchange is downloaded into the processor controller. In a configuration where a centralized management console is connected to the LAN, software for implementing an SNMP agent function is downloaded into the processor controller.
