    Abstract: A blood collecting apparatus for collecting and reserving blood lost from the patient during or after operation, wherein thrombus contained in the collected blood is removed, and it is possible to prevent the new generation of the thrombus. The apparatus may readily be used safely. The apparatus includes a blood collecting container, a suction pipe having a branched pipe provided with a sterilizing filter, a collecting pipe provided with a port for supplying a blood anti-coagulant and a blood filter, and a discharge pipe having a blood filter. These pipes are connected to an upper part of the container. A suction unit is connected to an end portion of the suction pipe. A catheter or the like is connected to the end of the collecting pipe. The section unit is operated to suck and collect the blood from the incision during or after the operation.

    Abstract: A monitoring catheter for medical use characterized by a main tube for discharge path of body fluids, etc.; a first auxiliary tube for air flow which surrounds the main tube and is provided within the wall; a second auxiliary tube or a third auxiliary tube which forms passageway for liquid drug infusion or measures pressure; and a lead for measuring a temperature which is embedded within the wall of the main tube. The main tube has a plurality of bores on the wall near the tip portion thereof and also has a connecting portion for connecting with a container for drainage capture at the rear end of the main tube. The first auxiliary tube opens at the tip portion thereof towards the inside of the main tube and at the same time, is branched from the main tube near the rear end of the catheter and a filter is equipped at the rear end of the branched portion. The second auxiliary opens towards the outer surface of the catheter.

    Abstract: A medical tube introducer comprising a body having a valve means encased in an inner cavity I, to which a sheath tube connected with the inner cavity I is mounted at the tip, and having a concave or convex portion formed at the center of the rear end and plural concave or convex portions around the center; and a grip member having an inner cavity II and a dilater at the tip portion which is connected with the inner cavity II and is capable of inserting into the inner cavity of the sheath tube in close contact with the inner cavity, and having a convex or concave portion formed at the positions corresponding to the concave or convex portion at the rear end of the body; said valve means being constructed with plural plate-like valve members, each of which valve members has plural slits crossing with each other at the center, and plural of valve members adjacent to each other are overlaid and integrally joined with each other by shifting the positions of said slits except for joining the slits at the center.
