The operator opening part of the outer casing is formed in a side surface thereof at a position corresponding to a button switch of the electronic pen body part being loaded into the outer casing and placed at a fixed position. Therefore, the button switch can reliably be depressed through the operator, and the side switch of the electronic pen is realized.
