Abstract: A method of manufacturing a semiconductor package is provided, with an integrated heatsink and electrical connection feature. The semiconductor die can be attached to the terminal using eutectic bonding, preferably CuSn eutectic, Ag containing adhesives or Ag sintering material. These bondings are lead (Pb) free connection methods, which make the finished semiconductor package RoHS compliant (restriction of hazardous materials).

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a physiological bra with automatic volume adjustment, including: a bra body, a cup structure overlapping the bra body, and a lining structure overlapping the cup structure, where the cup structure is arranged between the bra body and the lining structure; top portions of two sides of the bra body, top portions of two sides of the cup structure and top portions of two sides of the lining structure are fixedly connected; and the cup structure is stretchable between the bra body and the lining structure to vary the volume of the lining structure. The present disclosure solves the problem that existing bras cannot meet the needs of people with breast asymmetry.

Abstract: A conferencing device includes a power supply, a processor, a video out module, and a USB hub in communication with the processor and drawing power from the power supply. The conferencing device is configured to provide power from the power supply to an external host device in communication with the USB hub, receive control signals and video data from the external host device, and place video data from the external host device at a video out port of the conferencing device. Embodiments herein discuss the switching between and/or simultaneous presentation of video data for placement at the video out port as between two or more external host devices connected to the conferencing device based on the control signals sent from the external host devices. The conferencing device may be connected to another conferencing device to create a single logical conferencing device that can handle an expanded number of external host devices.

Abstract: Power adapters having Universal Serial Bus (USB) Type-C (USB-C) receptacles acting in a USB Power Delivery (USB-PD) sink mode are disclosed herein. The USB-C receptacle can be connected to a USB-PD source via a USB-C cable. The power adapter further includes a socket in electrical communication with the USB-C receptacle that receives a removable (interchangeable) barrel plug of a size corresponding to the barrel receptacle of an output device to be powered by the power adapter. The power adapter uses a USB-PD controller to communicate with the USB-PD source via the USB-C receptacle to request that power be provided at a desired direct current (DC) voltage by the USB-PD source to the USB-C receptacle. The power so received is then delivered between the USB-C receptacle and the socket. From the socket, the power travels through the attached removable barrel plug and to the barrel receptacle of the output device.

Abstract: Systems and methods disclosed herein disclose the use of docking stations with docking station receptacles of display apparatuses and docking stand assemblies. A docking station placed in a docking station receptacle of a display apparatus may connect to a host device and transport power and/or data as between the docking station, the host device, the display apparatus, and any external object(s). A docking station placed in a docking station receptacle of a docking stand assembly that includes a docking tray configured to interface with a portable electronic device (PED) may transport power and/or data as between the docking station, the PED, and any external objects via a power and data delivery pathway within the docking stand assembly.

Abstract: Detecting power at a detachable case of a mobile device may include identifying a first electrical connection at the detachable case. The first electrical connection may include the detachable case receiving power from a wireless charging device. The detachable case may provide the received power from the wireless charging device to the mobile device. A second electrical connection may be identified at the detachable case. The second electrical connection may include the detachable case receiving at least one of power or data from a wired device coupled to the detachable case for transmission to the mobile device. When the second electrical connection includes receiving power from the wired device, the received power from the wired device may be provided to the mobile device while refraining from providing the power from the wireless charging device to the mobile device.

Abstract: Systems and methods for independently upgradeable docking stations are discussed herein. One or more chipsets of a docking station may provide services to a host device, and each may use a corresponding firmware. The docking station may receive chipset firmware update data for one or more of the chipsets. In a first case, this data is received from a universal serial bus (USB) storage device (which in some cases can independently update its copy of the chipset firmware update data with a cloud server). In other cases, this data is received from a cloud server using a network interface system on a chip (which may be internal to, or separately connected to, the docking station). The docking station performs this receipt and/or the corresponding firmware update with no input from any host device that may (or may not) be attached, and/or without interrupting chipset services of any such host device.
