The second body has two different connection portions on two ends thereof, and the second body can be replaced by other handle tools.

When the tool is span relative to the body, the ratchet unit also drives the driving head to rotate an object.

A control lever has a first hole through which the operation rod extends. The operation rod has a first engaging portion which is engaged with a second engaging portion of the control lever. A resilient member is in contact with the control lever to engage the second engaging portion with the first engaging portion to set a desired angle between the two parts.

Abstract: A magnetic retainer includes a body, a magnetic member, a plate and a light unit. The body has a space for receiving objects and the magnetic member is connected to the bottom of the body to attract the objects. The plate has a concaved portion for receiving the objects and is rotatably connected to the body. When the light unit is rotated to a first position relative to the plate, the light emitting member faces outside of the plate. When the light unit is rotated to a second position relative to the plate, the light emitting member faces the concaved portion of the plate.

The magnetic body is disposed in the center of the main body. The pivot of the storage disc is pivotally connected in the transversal long hole of the main body so that the storage disc can open or overlap relatively to the storage part. The storage disc has a stop edge to support the brim edge, and fastening blocks to fasten the fastener. An elastically extendable fastening element is disposed in the receiving chamber. Tools and parts can be inserted or clamped in the fastening element. Thus, the magnetic container has multiple functions on magnetic sucking and parts storage.

Abstract: An improved cutter knife and particularly to a cutter knife allowing positive and inverse gripping when in use consists of an upper shell and a lower shell that are coupled to form a body. The body has one end forming a handgrip conforming to ergonomics to allow positive and inverse gripping. The handgrip has a blade anchor section and a blade fast change section on one end to allow positive or inverse gripping and fast replacement of the blade. The positive gripping may be used for ordinary cutting such as for paper or cloths. The inverse gripping may be used for heavy duty cutting with a greater force such as for cardboard or wooden laminates. Thus it provide dual functions and may be used conveniently to overcome the limitation of conventional cutter knives that allow only positive gripping.
