    Abstract: The synthesis and characterization of a platinum (II) terpyridine system tethered with a latent organic dye of rhodamine derivative as colorimetric and fluorescent sensory moiety has been reported to show selective Hg2+ ion sensing behavior. The interplay of aggregation/de-aggregation behavior of the alkynylplatinum(II) terpyridine complex and the ring-opening process of rhodamine derivative has been investigated. The spectral change of aggregation NIR emission at 800 nm and rhodamine fluorescence at 585 nm provides a possible ratiometric luminescence measurement. Morphological studies from TEM and SEM images showing nanospherical structures confirmed the aggregation in the absence of Hg2+ ion.

A first output current model and a second output current model are generated by respectively acquiring electrical parameters of an inductive voltage source converter and a capacitive voltage source converter, and the first output current model and the second output current model are integrated under the same output current condition, so that it may be ensured that the inductive voltage source converter and the capacitive voltage source converter have the same current generating ability; meanwhile, a coupling inductance relationship between the inductive voltage source converter and the capacitive voltage source converter is combined to further obtain the optimal capacity value of the inductive voltage source converter and the optimal capacity value of the capacitive voltage source converter.     Abstract: Described herein are a novel concept of thermally stimulated delayed phosphorescence (TSDP) to harvest light emission from the higher energy triplet excited state via the up-conversion from the lowest-energy triplet excited state by efficient spin-allowed reverse internal conversion as well as the development of TSDP emitters, as exemplified by a novel class of gold(III) compounds with TSDP properties and methods of making and using said compounds. The gold(III) compound includes a triazine-containing cyclometalating tridentate ligand and one auxiliary ligand, both coordinated to a gold(III) metal center. The gold(III) compounds disclosed herein can be used as light-emitting material for fabrication of OLEDs.

The method may further comprise processing the phase measurements to compute (i) a set of object-specific properties for one or more objects external to the terrestrial vehicle and (ii) a set of vehicle-specific properties for the terrestrial vehicle. The method may further comprise using the set of object-specific properties and the set of vehicle-specific properties to generate one or more radar images of the environment as the terrestrial vehicle moves through the environment.

    Abstract: A series of highly luminescent cyclometalated rhodium(III) complexes, with photoluminescence quantum yields up to 0.65 in thin films, have been designed and prepared. The strong luminescence property is realized by the judicious choice of a strong ?-donor cyclometalating ligand with lower-lying intraligand state and the ability to raise the d-d excited state. This is the first report to demonstrate the capability of rhodium(III) complexes as high efficient light-emitting materials for organic light-emitting devices. Compelling external quantum efficiencies of up to 12.2% and operational half-lifetime of over 3,000 hours have been achieved.

The flow mixing chamber has a liquid inlet opening, a liquid outlet opening, and an air inlet hole penetrating the chamber wall and located inside the air inlet chamber. The air inlet chamber has an air inlet opening and an interior space whose cross-sectional area is gradually reduced along the liquid flow direction in the flow mixing chamber. The cross-sectional area and number of the air inlet hole can be properly set in order for the mixed fluid produced by the aeration device to have relatively high-density small-diameter air bubbles that contribute to mixing the liquid flow and air flow sufficiently, dissolving oxygen rapidly and sufficiently into the liquid flow, increasing the oxygen dissolution rate of the mixed fluid, and enhancing aeration efficiency.
