The handle assembly is pivotally mounted to the base, while the blades are disposed across the base and define interstitial spaces. The pressing assembly has a first end connected to the handle assembly and a second end pivotally mounted to the base. A fish received on the blades is chunked into a plurality of sections upon pivotally manipulating the handle assembly such that the pressing assembly forces the fish against the blades until the pressing assembly is received in the interstitial spaces.
