  • Publication number: 20090144145
Abstract: The present invention relates to a mobile advertising method that performs mobile advertisement using a deep-packet inspection performed in a wireless Internet system and location information. An exemplary embodiment of the present invention includes grasping a purchasing tendency of a subscriber using deep packet inspection of an electronic surveillance system; and providing advertisement for desired goods to the subscriber by connecting the grasped purchasing tendency of the subscriber with a location-based service (LBS). Accordingly, the present invention can contribute to an increase in sales profits of the service provider to reduce the resistance and burden for the installation of the electronic surveillance system, and maximize the advertising effect of the advertiser. Further, the subscriber can receive required information on the basis of the current location.

  • Publication number: 20090017793
Abstract: The present invention relates to a system and method for providing a recording service. According to an embodiment of the present invention, while a user uses a conversation service by a mobile communication terminal, it is possible to record contents of conversation, which are stored in a base station and correspond to a predetermined period before the present time, as well as contents of conversation after the present time by using a permanent storage medium, according to a user's demand within a predetermined time during conversation or after completion of the conversation. Accordingly, when needing to record the contents of the present conversation, the user can store necessary contents through a simple operation without again requesting conversation to a person.

  • Publication number: 20080103973
Abstract: The present invention relates to an electronic surveillance method and system in a wideband wireless access system. If a law enforcement agency system requests electronic surveillance relative to a specified object, an electronic surveillance system first performs an authentication process using a codebook to authorize the electronic surveillance request. As the result of the authentication process, if it is judged that the electronic surveillance request of the law enforcement agency system is legal, the electronic surveillance system issues an encryption key required for encrypting communication contents with a law enforcement agency and electronic surveillance information. Thereafter, communication and message transmission/reception between the electronic surveillance system and the law enforcement agency system are encrypted and decoded using the encryption key.

  • Publication number: 20070220856
Abstract: A metal fiber media exhibiting superior durability, mechanical strength, and heat transfer efficiency, a filter for an exhaust gas purifier using the same as a filter member, and a method for manufacturing the filter are disclosed. The metal filter media includes a metal fiber mat made of longitudinally-aligned metal fiber yarns each including a bundle of 20 to 500 uniformly-oriented metal fibers and having a length of 0.45 to 0.6 m per 1 g, and a torsion of 1 to 9 turns/m such that the metal fiber mat has a porosity of 30 to 95%, and supports respectively attached to upper and lower surfaces of the metal fiber mat, the supports having a porosity of 5 to 95%. Since the metal fiber media exhibits excellent durability and mechanical strength, no crack is generated in the metal fiber medial due to external impact. Accordingly, there is no possibility of damage. Since the metal fiber media has excellent heat transfer efficiency, uniform heat transfer is achieved during regeneration of the filter.

  • Patent number: 6741960
Abstract: The present invention relates to a harmonic-noise speech coder and coding algorithm of the mixed signal of voiced/unvoiced sound using harmonic model. The harmonic-noise speech coder comprises a noise spectral estimating means for coding the noise component by predicting the spectral by LPC analysis method after separating the noise, which is unvoiced sound component from the inputted LPC residual signal using cepstrum. And more improved speech quality can be obtained by analyzing noise effectively using the noise spectral model predicted through cepstrum-LPC analysis method of the mixed signal of voiced/unvoiced sound to the existing harmonic model and then coding the signal.

  • Patent number: 6662153
Abstract: A time-separated speech coder that codes a transitional signal of voiced/unvoiced sound through harmonic speech coding, the coder including a transitional excitation signal analyzer/synthesizer for coding the transitional signal by extracting the harmonic model parameters of both transitional analyzers after detecting a transitional point and generating sinusoidal waveforms according to a variable transitional point separating both transitional analyzers. By the transitional point at which energy varies abruptly and the time-separated coding based on the transitional point, more improved speech quality than in the general harmonic speech coder can be obtained using the time-separated speech coder by increasing the representation capability of the transitional signal with large energy variation, after adapting it to the variable transitional point.

  • Patent number: 6604570
Abstract: An apparatus and method for continuously manufacturing metal filaments in mass production. In accordance with the present invention, molten metal is hung in a state freely depending from the tip of a metal bar by its surface tension without using any vessel. The metal filament manufacturing apparatus includes an induction coil upwardly bent in the form of a nose shape at regions thereof where metal filaments are discharged while being soared up, respectively, so as to prevent the molten metal of each of the metal bars from being affected by the induction coil during soaring of the metal filaments. The apparatus also includes wiping assembly for removing residual metal materials left on a spinning disk.
