Abstract: A method for preparing hydrogen from ammonia by using pressure swing adsorption (PSA) is provided. The method for preparing hydrogen from ammonia, of the present invention, comprises the steps of: generating hydrogen and nitrogen from ammonia gas through a high-temperature reaction by using a catalyst; performing purification by selectively adsorbing unreacted ammonia gas from a gas containing unreacted ammonia and low-purity hydrogen and nitrogen, which are supplied through the high-temperature reaction and cooled; and performing purification by separating high-purity hydrogen from the gas consisting of low-purity hydrogen and nitrogen, wherein purification is carried out by using a carbon molecular sieve (CMS) adsorbent so as to desorb the unreacted ammonia gas through PSA.

  • Patent number: 8666323
Abstract: Provided are an RFID reader and a method for suppressing transmission leakage signals thereof. The RFID reader includes a first loop, a second loop, and a digital signal processor. The first loop suppresses a first transmission leakage signal of an RX signal in response to a first leakage control signal. The second loop suppresses a second transmission leakage signal of the RX signal, received through the first loop, in response to a second leakage control signal. The digital signal processor generates the first leakage control signal and the second leakage control signal. The digital signal processor generates the first leakage control signal until the level of the first transmission leakage signal becomes equal to or lower than the level of a first reference transmission leakage signal.

  • Publication number: 20120112884
Abstract: The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for detecting the collision of Radio Frequency IDentification (RFID) tags. In the apparatus and method for detecting the collision of RFID tags, when a subcarrier signal from which a carrier signal has been removed by a reader ASK analog demodulation device is inputted to a baseband receiver, a peak signal for the received tag signal is generated, and useful information about the generated peak signal within a symbol section is extracted. In the case where a collision is generated because two or more tags send signals to an RFID reader at the same time when the RFID reader communicates with the tags, the RFID reader can effectively detect the collision between the tags.
