The method comprises identifying in a cell any user equipments (UEs) which are susceptible to interference (ISUs) from another UE, particularly another UE in a neighboring cell. The method includes identifying in said cell any UEs causing interference (ICUs) to at least one neighboring cell and, more particularly, causing interference to a UE in a neighboring cell. The identified ISUs and ICUs are combined into a priority list for frequency resource reservation or allocation in said cell.     Abstract: Automatic test equipment with multiple components to generate highly accurate and stable analog test signals and method for operating the test system in semiconductor manufacturing process are disclosed. Output analog signals from existing test systems often fail the stability and accuracy requirement with less than 10 mV variations for testing certain electronic devices, due in part to environmental condition variations such as temperature fluctuations. Traditional compensation mechanisms for temperature variations involve time consuming and disruptive calibration procedures. Disclosed here is a system and method that provides near real-time monitoring and compensation for temperature-induced variations via a digital control mechanism that compensates for environmental variations in a time scale of less than 10 milliseconds and maintains the AC output analog signal with 10 milliVolt accuracy.

    Abstract: A geogrid and a manufacturing method thereof. The geogrid comprises multiple ribs, and the multiple ribs are connected to each other at multiple junctions to form multiple cells. At each junction, two or more adjacent ribs of the multiple ribs are inserted into each other via inserts, and each junction is covered by a plastic material. The geogrid can easily be extended to a present state at a construction site, prevent tearing of apertures, prevent soil from leaking from the apertures, and prevent the inserts from rusting or corroding. Since the plastic material, the ribs, and the inserts are bonded to each other, separation strength at the junction is markedly increased. Preferably, an end portion of the insert is completely covered by the plastic material to form an end cap, and the plastic material and the ribs and the inserts are bonded to each other to form columns.
