  • Patent number: 11837105
Abstract: The number n of times of chewing is counted by chewing number of times calculation means (13b2) based on a change in the distance l from a photoreflector (50), which is received together with time t by measurement value receiving means (13b1). To vary hardness h of a bag (30) to a stage that can be sensed, according to the number n of times of chewing, a required air pressure is set according to the current number n of times, based on a hardness/air pressure correspondence recording unit (13g) in which stages that have a significant difference therebetween and are stored in association with the number n of times of chewing are recorded. To realize the set air pressure inside the bag (30), the amount of sucking performed using a vacuum pump 20 is controlled by air pressure control means (13b4).

  • Publication number: 20230298617
Abstract: A message generation device according to an embodiment includes: a communicator information acquisition unit that acquires communicator information for estimating the emotion of a communicator; a receiver information acquisition unit that acquires receiver information for estimating the emotion of a receiver who is to receive a message from the communicator; and a message generation unit that generates a message indicating an activity that corresponds to the emotion of the communicator that was estimated based on the communicator information acquired by the communicator information acquisition unit. If the emotion of the communicator estimated based on the communicator information acquired by the communicator information acquisition unit is similar to the emotion of the receiver estimated based on the receiver information acquired by the receiver information acquisition unit, the message generation unit generates a message that specifically indicates the activity, as the message indicating the activity.

  • Publication number: 20230053880
Abstract: A technology for simulating physiological activity more appropriately is provided. An optimization apparatus according to an embodiment includes an estimation unit, a first calculation unit, a second calculation unit, and an updating unit. The estimation unit estimates a physiological parameter indicating a physiological state using an estimation model. The first calculation unit calculates a first difference value based on a first estimated value of the physiological parameter in a first time interval and an actually measured value of the physiological parameter in the first time interval. The second calculation unit calculates a second difference value based on the first estimated value and a second estimated value of the physiological parameter in a second time interval previous to the first time interval. The updating unit adjusts the estimation model based on the first difference value and the second difference value.
