  • Publication number: 20240400768
Abstract: A masterbatch contains 13 parts by mass or more and 130 parts by mass or less of hydrophilic fumed silica, and 1 part by mass or more and 40 parts by mass or less of a silane coupling agent, with respect to 100 parts by mass of a diene-based rubber. A rubber composition for a tire contains 5 parts by mass or more and 90 parts by mass or less of hydrophilic fumed silica, and 1.5 parts by mass or more and 30 parts by mass or less of a silane coupling agent, with respect to 100 parts by mass of a diene-based rubber. A method for producing a masterbatch includes kneading a diene-based rubber, hydrophilic fumed silica, and a silane coupling agent.

  • Publication number: 20240352200
Abstract: A method for producing a rubber composition includes: applying a compression process to a fumed silica having a BET specific surface area of 200 m2/g or more to obtain a compressed fumed silica having a tap density of 200 g/L or more; and kneading the compressed fumed silica and diene rubber. A fumed silica for rubber composition is obtained by a surface treatment with a mercapto-thiocarboxylate oligomer, and has a tap density of 200 g/L or more and a BET specific surface area of 200 m2/g or more. A rubber composition contains a compressed fumed silica having a tap density of 200 g/L or more and a BET specific surface area of 200 m2/g or more; a natural rubber; and a mercapto-thiocarboxylate oligomer.

  • Patent number: 9828250
Abstract: [Problems] To provide a method of preventing the polysilicon from being contaminated with metals by providing a resin cover on the surface of a metal substrate that comes in contact with the polysilicon, wherein the metal surfaces are reliably prevented from being exposed that is caused by the wear of the cover. [Means for Solution] A method of preventing the polysilicon from being contaminated with metals caused by the contact of the polysilicon with a metal substrate by providing a resin cover on the surface of the metal substrate, wherein the resin cover 3 comprises two kinds of resin sheets 3a and 3b overlapped one upon the other.

  • Patent number: 8418946
Abstract: A crusher which can transmit energy to be applied to a piston to a silicon lump efficiently, and a silicon lump crushing apparatus which can crush a silicon lump into small pieces by suppressing the production of powders as much as possible and enables the automation of the crushing work of a silicon lump. The crusher is constituted such that a hammer head is connected to a piston. When compressed air is not applied to the piston, the hammer head is elastically urged to a standby position and when compressed air is applied to the piston, the hammer head is moved from the standby position to collide with the silicon lump. In the silicon lump crushing apparatus, a plurality of crushers having a hammer head to be collided with a silicon lump are opposed to the silicon lump supported on a support base and spaced apart from one another.

  • Publication number: 20110068206
Abstract: [Problem] A crusher which can transmit energy to be applied to a piston to a silicon lump highly efficiently, and a silicon lump crushing apparatus which can crush a silicon lump into small pieces by suppressing the production of powders as much as possible and enables the automation of the crushing work of a silicon lump. • Publication number: 20100025060
Abstract: A silicon lump crushing tool comprising a pneumatic piston drive means for driving a piston installed in a casing from a retreat position to a projection position by air pressure, a guide tube connected to the casing and extending in the movement direction of the piston, and a hammer head. The rear end portion of the hammer head is movably inserted into the front end portion of the guide tube, and when the piston is driven from the retreat position to the projection position, the front end of the piston collides with the rear end of the hammer head.
