  • Publication number: 20250103253
Abstract: In an embodiment, a setting value data providing system includes a web server to receive, from a client device, drive condition parameters of an ink jet head and physical property parameters of an ink to be used by the ink jet head. The system further includes a setting value data calculation unit to estimate a suitable drive waveform for the ink jet head using a drive waveform estimation algorithm and the drive condition parameters and the physical property parameters of the ink and then calculate setting value data for generating the suitable drive waveform for the ink jet head. The web server outputs the calculated setting value data to the client device for use in a printer or the like incorporating the ink jet head.

  • Patent number: 12223785
Abstract: An electric lock control method includes: performing a first determination of whether a person is present in a predetermined region surrounding an electric lock, based on first information generated by an electronic device; when it is determined that a first person is present in the predetermined region in the performing of the first determination, performing a second determination of whether the first person is a person who is permitted to unlock the electric lock, based on second information related to movement of the first person; and controlling a state of the electric lock based on a result of the second determination, the state being a locked state or an unlocked state.

  • Publication number: 20250040283
Abstract: Provided is a light detection device which allows influence on adjacent pixels to be reduced. The light detection device includes a first substrate portion, a second substrate portion, and a through via. The first substrate portion has a pixel configured to photoelectrically convert incident light. The second substrate portion has a readout circuit configured to output a pixel signal based on charge output from the pixel to a signal line. The through via configured to connect the first substrate portion and the second substrate portion. The pixel has a floating diffusion configured to temporarily retain charge generated by photoelectric conversion. The readout circuit has a first pixel transistor connected to the floating diffusion through the through via and a second pixel transistor connected to the first pixel transistor and the signal line.

  • Patent number: 5417164
Abstract: A thermosensitive recording material comprising a recording layer formed on a substrate and a coating film layer formed thereon, wherein the recording layer is of a bilayer structure composed of a first thermosensitive layer on the side of the lower layer and a second thermosensitive layer on the side of the upper layer and particles are dispersed in at least one of the first and second thermosensitive layers. An original plate for lithographic printing can be produced from a combination of an ink-philic resin and an ink-repelling resin as the compositional materials of such thermosensitive layers. Besides, thermosensitive, recording materials for magnetic recording, thermosensitive materials for electrostatic recording, thermosensitive recording materials for colored image recording and the like, can be generated through a variety of modifications of the compositional materials.

  • Patent number: 4742521
Abstract: A method and apparatus for confirming bar code information in a bar code printer. The information to be printed includes informational digits and two check digits. The first check digit is manually inputted by the operator along with the informational digits. The second check digit is automatically calculated and should have the same value as the first check digit. The data is further confirmed by comparing the first check digit with a calculated value obtained by performing an automatic calculation based on the informational digits.
