Publication number: 20120141218Abstract: The object of the invention is to provide a hand drill that capable of suppressing delamination that occurs when drilling holes in an object, as well as being more compact. The hand drill has a base member, a damper, a drill and drill blade. The base member has a contact surface that comes in contact with an object being drilled, and a drill bushing. The damper comprises a piston rod and a cylinder, and extends or contracts in its own axial direction. The tip end section of the piston rod is fastened to the base member. The drill is fastened to the cylinder and displaces together with the cylinder. The drill blade is installed in the drill so that it is parallel to the axial direction of the damper. When the damper is in the extended state, the tip end of the drill blade is located at the tip end of the drill bushing.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 6, 2011Publication date: June 7, 2012Applicant: FUJI JUKOGYO KABUSHIKI KAISHAInventors: Manabu SAITO, Tatsuo NAKAHATA, Hideharu TAKAHASHI

Publication number: 20110265610Abstract: This fastening tool supports a key wrench such that it cannot rotate at a location where a hexagonal hole on the tip end part comes in contact with a nut, so that even though the key wrench is pressed backward as a pin is screwed into the nut, a key wrench holder remains in a state of contact with the nut. After the pin has been screwed into the nut, the nut is twisted off at a weak section. The further the pin is screwed into the nut, the key wrench holder supports the key wrench at a location closer to the pin, which keeps the amount of torsional deformation of the tip end part of the wrench small, and thus makes it possible to securely engage with the pin, and in the final state of the fastening work, it is possible to completely twist off the twist-off type nut, which requires a large torque.Type: ApplicationFiled: April 20, 2011Publication date: November 3, 2011Applicant: FUJI JUKOGYO KABUSHIKI KAISHAInventors: Manabu Saito, Tatsuo Nakahata, Hideharu Takahashi

Patent number: 7851755Abstract: A beam apparatus has a beam source producing a primary electron beam, an objective lens focusing the beam onto an observed sample, and at least one condenser lens mounted between the beam source and the objective lens. The condenser lens operates such that the beam forms one crossover point between the condenser lens and the objective lens. A first detector is mounted at the crossover point or at a position closer to the sample than the crossover point. A second detector is mounted at a position closer to the electron source than the crossover point.Type: GrantFiled: December 20, 2007Date of Patent: December 14, 2010Assignee: Jeol Ltd.Inventor: Manabu Saito

Publication number: 20100232899Abstract: A drill includes a pair of main cutting edges extending from a distal portion of the drill to a position close to a proximal end of the drill to entirely define a two-edge configuration, and a pair of auxiliary cutting edges extending between positions at the distal and proximal sides of a maximum diameter position to partly define a four-edge configuration. A ridgeline of each auxiliary cutting edge is located within an angle smaller than 90° from a ridgeline of the corresponding main cutting edge toward the rear in a rotation direction of the drill. The point angle of the auxiliary cutting edges increases at a higher rate than the point angle of the main cutting edges in a predetermined range from the maximum diameter position toward a distal end of the drill.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 9, 2010Publication date: September 16, 2010Inventors: Manabu Saito, Tatsuo Nakahata, Hideharu Takahashi, Junji Tsuchiya, Eiji Hashimoto, Hirofumi Higashiwaki

Publication number: 20100166517Abstract: A drill includes a cutting edge having a ridgeline. The ridgeline has a part of an ellipse and a straight line. It is assumed that the coordinates of a separation point of an ellipse portion from a straight line portion are (x0, y0). The straight line is a tangent to the ellipse at the separation point. It is assumed that a1 is an area from a tip end of the drill to x0, a2 is an area from x0 to the origin of the ellipse, and a3 is a negative area, along the x-axis. The ridgeline of the cutting edge is formed straight along the tangent in the area a1, and is formed along the ellipse in the area a2. A margin is formed in the area a3 continuously from a relief face of the cutting edge.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 24, 2009Publication date: July 1, 2010Applicant: Fuji Jukogyo Kabushiki KaishaInventors: Manabu Saito, Masanori Hosoi, Tatsuo Nakahata, Hideharu Takahashi

Publication number: 20100158626Abstract: A drill includes a cutting edge. The cutting edge has a point angle which is continuously decreased from a center-position point angle A (herein, 0°<A<180°) at a center position to a maximum-diameter-position point angle of 0° at a maximum diameter position. The cutting edge has a relief angle which is continuously decreased from the center position to the maximum diameter position. The cutting edge of the drill has a relief angle at the maximum diameter position. Hence, the cutting edge also serves as a cutting edge for reaming. The ridgeline and relief face of the cutting edge have no corner, thereby providing good wear resistance.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 23, 2008Publication date: June 24, 2010Inventors: Tatsuo Nakahata, Manabu Saito, Masanori Hosoi, Hideharu Takahashi
