  • Patent number: 4903173
Abstract: A headlight device comprising a main reflective mirror associated with a main light source, an auxiliary light source mounted adjacent to one side edge of the main reflective mirror, and a lens covering the front side of the two light sources. The one side edge of the main reflective mirror is formed and located such that the light emitted from the auxiliary light source toward the main reflective mirror is not shielded by the one side edge of the main reflective mirror so that the light emitted from the auxiliary light source is irradiated through at least a substantial part of the reflective mirror. The part being located remote from the auxiliary light source.

  • Patent number: 4770545
Abstract: A temperature sensor comprises a temperature sensing element (20) in an inverted cup-shaped casing (17+18), the casing (17+18) is held slidable in vertical direction on a rod-shaped supporting member (23) with a spring (27) therebetween to enforce the cup-shaped casing (17+18) upward, thus relatively moving portions of the casing (17+18) and the supporting member (23) is covered under the inverted cup-shaped casing (17+18), preventing undesirable trouble in the sliding due to contamination by overflowed meal.

  • Patent number: 4465228
Abstract: A highly automationed cooking apparatus especially suitable for stew cooking or the like liable to boiling over. Temperature of outer bottom face of a pan is measured by a sensor and temperature gradients are sampling-measured at a sampling time pitch. Boiling point of food material is detected by finding a decrease of the temperature gradient, and thereafter the heating is lowered to avoid boiling over to a suitable value which is given by processing the temperature gradients.
