  • Patent number: 11939497
Abstract: Provided is: a layered body wherein a sheet surface has slight adhesiveness, enabling easy temporary securing of a semiconductor chip, or the like, that has been diced, onto a semiconductor substrate, and wherein permanent adhesion to an adhered object is expressed through post-curing; a layered body that includes the same; a semiconductor device that uses the same; and a method for manufacturing the semiconductor device. A silicone-based adhesive sheet is disclosed herein, wherein, prior to heating, the delamination mode of the adhesive surface from a non-adhesive substrate is interfacial delamination, and after heating of the adhesive surface in a range of between 50 and 200° C., the delamination mode of the adhesive surface from another non-adhesive substrate changes to cohesive fracturing, and exhibits permanent adhesion.

  • Patent number: 7035320
Abstract: Signals with transmission frequencies from hand sets are received by a receiver. The whole frequency spectrum including the received signals whose frequency is converted by the receivers inverted by a signal processor. Then, the received signals included in the frequency spectrum inverted by the signal processor is converted by a transmitter and retransmitted as signals with reception frequencies of the hand sets. By using this communication apparatus, a communication system with fixed duplex intervals can be employed with a simple configuration at a low cost, transmission/reception frequencies can be readily set and duplex conversation between hand sets can be achieved.

  • Patent number: 6509924
Abstract: The invention makes efficient use of the function of a video telephone to store incoming calls. A caller image is stored in a display storage portion during a call, and the display of the image with an image display portion is continued after the communication. When the user sees the display portion, the user can confirm with one glance from who a video telephone communication was received while the user was out. It is also possible to store caller images while successively increasing the number of partitions into which the screen of the image display portion is partitioned whenever an image is recorded, and successively increasing the empty display space.

  • Patent number: 6397048
Abstract: An object of the present invention is to integrate circuits for frequency conversion processing of an input signal of the GHz band. In a receiver, an input signal from an antenna is amplified after components thereof outside a frequency band for communication network being removed, and is supplied to an arithmetic processing unit. A plurality of sampling circuits within the arithmetic processing unit respond to a plurality of clock signals of which frequencies are equal and of which phases are different, respectively, and sample the input signal after amplification. The sum-of-products arithmetic unit within the arithmetic processing unit responds any one of the clock signals and performs sum-of-products operation periodically using a plurality of sample signals exhibiting the sampling results of all the sampling circuits, respectively.

  • Patent number: 5005198
Abstract: A cordless telephone includes a portable unit having chargeable secondary batteries as a power source in which to minimize the power consumption, signals are received intermittently to limit the operating time of the built-in receiver. The portable unit includes a detecting device for detecting the charging state of the secondary battery, and swtiching device for switching the receiving action of receiver to a continuous receiving action while the charging state of the secondary battery is being detected by the battery charging detecting device. Accordingly, the power source of the receiver, while the secondary batteries are being charged is fed from the power source for charging through the secondary batteries. Thus, the receiving action during this period may be set in continuous receiving action. Hence, it is possible to reply from the portable unit without delay to a call from a base unit during the charging.
