The web forming device includes: a disperser configured to disperse in air defibrated material containing a defibrated material of defibrated fiber; an accumulator configured to accumulate the defibrated material dispersed by the disperser; a housing enclosing a space between the disperser and the accumulator; a suction device disposed on the opposite side of the accumulator as the disperser; and a fastening assembly that can be disassembled into a first fixing assembly and a second fixing assembly. The disperser is affixed to the first fixing assembly, and the accumulator, housing, and suction device are affixed to the second fixing assembly.
