  • Publication number: 20240295561
Abstract: A quantification method in the present invention is a quantification method for quantifying three or more kinds of quantification-target substances contained in a plurality of samples collected from one specimen, and includes a quantification step of quantifying the three or more kinds of quantification-target substances in each of the plurality of samples on the basis of a detection value derived from a first labeling substance that labels a reference substance commonly contained in the plurality of samples. In the present invention, three or more kinds of observation-target substances can be observed or quantified without requiring many kinds of labeling substances even when staining conditions are different from each other.

  • Publication number: 20180348098
Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a means that enables improvement of efficiency in recovery of rare cells in a cell suspension by suppressing cell adsorption to laboratory equipment but not suppressing cell adsorption to a cell spreading substrate. A cell spreading method according to the invention includes a step of adding to a cell suspension a protein in such an amount as to give a final concentration of from 0.0001% to 0.1%, and preferably from 0.0005% to 0.01% (a protein addition step) and a step of spreading cells contained in the cell suspension that has been subjected to the protein addition step on a cell spreading substrate having a contact angle with water of 60 degrees or more, and preferably from 70 to 90 degrees, and allowing to stand to cause the cells to adsorb onto the substrate (a cell spreading step).

  • Publication number: 20180017568
Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a method of simultaneously detecting information that relates to first and second target cells for the purpose of measuring the expression state (presence/absence of expression, expression level) based on the same standard for both a molecule (molecule A) expressed on the first target cells and a molecule (molecule B) expressed on the second target cells, which molecules interact with each other. To accomplish this object, the method of the present invention includes: adding erythrocyte-removed blood to a cell-spreading substrate; staining the respective markers and nuclear markers of the first and second target cells to acquire fluorescence images thereof; identifying the first and second target cells from the fluorescence images; and detecting molecule A-expressing first target cells and molecule B-expressing second target cells, whereby the expression-level information can be analyzed simultaneously for the molecule A and the molecule B.
