Abstract: A scoring engine computing device for generating personalized lending scores is provided. The scoring engine computing device receives a request including a cardholder identifier associated with a candidate cardholder, determines demographic data associated with the candidate cardholder, and retrieves transaction data for a plurality of cardholders including the candidate cardholder and a set of peer cardholders. Each cardholder of the set of peer cardholders is associated with the determined demographic data of the candidate cardholder, and the transaction data is associated with transactions for a plurality of spending categories. The scoring engine computing device further normalizes the transaction data associated with the candidate cardholder by category, generates a personalized lending score associated with the candidate cardholder that indicates a spending trend of the candidate cardholder, and transmits the personalized lending score to a requestor computing device.

Abstract: A method for predicting parking space availability using normalized data includes: storing a number of parking spaces for each of a plurality of geographic areas; storing a number of payment transactions for each geographic area processed during a related period of time; receiving an availability request a specific period of time; normalizing parking spot availability for each geographic area based on the associated number of parking spaces and an average number of parking spaces for the geographic areas; normalizing the number of payment transactions for each geographic area based on the number of transactions processed during the specific period of time and the number of transactions processed during a corresponding period of time; calculating a composite score for each geographic area based on the associated normalized parking spot availability and transaction frequency; and transmitting the calculated composite score for each geographic area in response to the received availability request.

Abstract: A gratuity analytics computing system, for generating gratuity analytics for a plurality of transactions of a customer at a service provider within a date range, is in communication with an electronic device of the service provider over an electronic network. The system includes a gratuity analytics computing device, a database including a memory in operable electronic communication with the gratuity analytics computing device, and a processor configured to: receive transaction data for the plurality of customer transactions occurring within the date range, match a plurality of authorization messages with a respective plurality of clearing messages, generate gratuity analytics for the plurality of customer transactions over the date range based on average tip data from the customer, and calculate a customer satisfaction score for one customer transaction of the plurality of customer transactions based on the generated gratuity analytics.

Abstract: A merchant analytics computing device for generating aggregated merchant analytics for a geographic sector using tip data is provided. The merchant analytics computing device is programmed to define a plurality of geographic sectors and receive transaction data occurring within a period of time. The transaction data is associated with merchants located in the sector and includes authorization and clearing transactions. The merchant analytics computing device is programmed to match a plurality of authorization and clearing transactions, calculate a tip size for each matched transaction, identify the sector for each merchant, and generate aggregated merchant analytics for each sector based on the transaction data. The aggregated merchant analytics represent a ranking of each sector relative to all other sectors of the plurality of sectors and include at least a tip size score based on the calculated tip size. The merchant analytics computing device displays on a user device the aggregated analytics.

Abstract: A method for validating tax data of a taxable entity comprises: receiving at a computer processor, payment card transaction records including at least one of a customer identifier, a merchant identifier, and transaction purchase amounts corresponding to entity purchase transactions over a given time period; analyzing the payment card transaction records data to generate one or more spending profiles according to one or more categories of merchants; correlating the entity spending profiles with one or more other aggregated spending profiles representative of historical spending by additional entities whose reported income is within a given range of the entity reported income; comparing the degree of correlation with a threshold and generating a signal indicative of a request for secondary review of a tax filing of the entity when the degree of correlation is below the threshold; and otherwise generating a signal indicative of a validated tax filing of the entity.

Abstract: A dispatcher command center for dynamic ambulance deployment based on population density is described herein. The dispatcher command center is configured to display a street map of a coverage area, the street map including a first representation of a likely population density within the coverage area, and display an ambulance location of a plurality of ambulances. The dispatcher command center is also configured to receive, in real-time, a data signal including transaction data associated with a transaction. The transaction data includes a transaction location and transaction time and represents an activity executed by a person within the coverage area. The dispatcher command center is further configured to display a second representation of the transaction at a location on the street map corresponding to the transaction location, and deploy at least one of the plurality of ambulances in response to the displayed second representation, thereby updating at least one ambulance location.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method for creating and managing an options program associated with payment transactions initiated in a geographic sector is described herein. The method is implemented using an analytics evaluation and management (AEM) computing device. The method includes storing a sector score associated with the geographic sector, the sector store ranking one or more financial characteristics of a plurality of merchants located in the sector. The method also includes generating an investment instrument including one or more parameters associated with the sector score, and transmitting a program initiation signal to a program interface (PI) computing device configured to maintain a virtual commodity market. The program initiation signal includes instructions causing the PI computing device to display the investment instrument on a user computing device, and provide a user of the user computing device an option to purchase the investment instrument.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for determining early-adopter payment accounts. One exemplary method generally includes accessing, by a computing device, product data for at least one target product including a product launch date for the at least one target product; accessing transaction data representative of multiple transactions to payment accounts; identifying, by a computing device, at least one of the multiple transactions as involving a purchase of the at least one target product; determining, by the computing device, an interval between the purchase of the at least one target product and the product launch date for the at least one target product; and appending, by the computing device, the payment account associated with the purchase of the at least one target product to an early-adopter segment based on the determined interval satisfying an early-adopter threshold.

Abstract: A method is provided for determining the propensity of candidate donors to donate to one or more charities. The method generally includes identifying, using a computing processing unit, transactions processed over at least one payment device network as being associated with a first candidate donor. The identified transactions are then parsed to extract ISO 8583 formatted data. By evaluating the extracted ISO 8583 formatted data, a propensity score is assigned to the first candidate donor where the propensity score represents the propensity of the first candidate donor to donate to a first predefined charity, with the propensity score being indicative of likelihood that the first candidate donor will donate to the first predefined charity.

Abstract: A method and device for analyzing customer traffic data at a merchant location are provided. The method may include transmitting pings within a coverage area of a wireless network provided by the merchant computer, receiving ping responses from one or more customer devices corresponding to one or more customers located within the coverage area of the wireless network provided by the merchant computer, extracting a unique device identifier from each received ping response over a period of time, each of the unique device identifiers identifying a different customer device that transmitted the ping response, estimating an amount of customer traffic at the merchant location, over the period of time, based on the unique device identifiers extracted during the period of time, and outputting an indication of the estimated amount of customer activity at the merchant location over the period of time.

Abstract: A nutritional intake tracker computing device (“intake tracker”) is provided. The intake tracker is configured to receive user health data and at least one user health goal from a user computing device, and receive a request for an intake recommendation from the user computing device. The request includes a location identifier of a location of the user computing device. The intake tracker is configured to retrieve available intake options based on the location of the user computing device, wherein each of the available intake options includes corresponding nutritional information. Abstract: A computer-based method for reporting capacity for a merchant is provided. The method is implemented using a capacity monitoring (CM) computing device, and includes receiving merchant data for a merchant via a merchant computing device and payment transaction data for a transaction performed at the merchant via a point-of-sale (POS) computing device, wherein merchant data includes an average consumer count and a total occupancy count. The method also includes calculating a peak transaction count for the merchant for a predetermined time period and a current transaction count corresponding to a current transaction time included within the predetermined time period. The method also includes determining a capacity count for the predetermined time period based on the peak transaction count, the current transaction count, and average consumer count, and transmitting the capacity count to a consumer computing device, wherein the capacity count indicates a remaining consumer capacity for the merchant.

Abstract: A method for selecting audience messages for an event based on audience analytics. A content management computing device determines a set of geographical regions viewing rights for an event were purchased, and in what quantity based on a first set of transaction data. The content management computing then receives a second set of transaction data associated with a set of consumers and generates one or more microsegment data sets based on the second set of transaction data. The microsegments are subdivided based on at least the set of geographical regions. The content management computing device then generates an audience profile based on the microsegment data sets. The content management computing device then receives a plurality of audience messages for the event, and selects one or more audience messages from the plurality of audience messages based on the audience profile.

Abstract: Systems and methods for generating aggregated merchant analytics for a sector are provided. The system includes a merchant analytics (MA) computing device in communication with a user computing device. The MA computing device defines a plurality of sectors of a geographic region and receiving transaction data including at least one online transaction associated with a merchant. The MA computing device generates a transaction location identifier for each of online transaction to indicate a location associated with a user device operated by a cardholder associated with the online transaction and links the online transaction to one sector based on the transaction location identifier. The MA computing device generates aggregated merchant analytics for each sector based on the transaction data associated with the online transactions located in the sector and displays the aggregated merchant analytics on the user computing device for analysis.
