Abstract: Systems and methods for providing context-specific support from trusted contacts are provided. A software application residing on the computing device may be associated with a trusted contact for providing remote support to the user. When such a trusted contact exists, a “Help” button is displayed on the computing device when the software application is in use. The user may select that button to cause the computing device to automatically contact the trusted contact and establish a screen sharing communication session with a computing device associated with the trusted contact.

Abstract: Systems and methods of facilitating screen sharing of a user's computing device with a trusted contact are provided. A user may receive directions while driving by calling a friend and initiating a screen sharing support session during which a software application currently displayed on the user's device is transmitted for real-time display on the friend's device. The friend may provide control inputs to be executed by the software application on the user's computing device.

Abstract: A housing for an electronic device includes a single rear housing assembly coupled to the cover glass of a display assembly. The rear housing assembly includes a metal rear chassis with two layers of injection molded material formed on at least the chassis side regions. The first injection molded layer includes a high reinforcing agent content percentage to provide increased stiffness, and the second injection molded layer includes a low reinforcing agent content percentage, which provides less structural support than the first injection molded layer, but an improved aesthetic appearance.
