    Abstract: Systems, methods, and computer readable media for snapshotting ephemeral and/or volatile storage systems are provided. These techniques may include synchronizing that state of the ephemeral storage system to a cloud-based storage system and capturing a cloud snapshot of the cloud-based storage system. To reduce the time to capture a cloud snapshot, techniques disclosed herein include obtaining sets of pending data changes to the ephemeral storage system that have not been synchronized to the cloud-based storage system. When the pending data changes satisfy a threshold metric, the pending data changes may then be synchronized to the ephemeral storage system on a rolling basis.

    Abstract: Computer vision systems and methods for automatic parcel alignment are provided. The system receives a geotagged aerial image, parcel information, and semantic information where each of the parcel and semantic information are overlaid on the geotagged aerial image. The system cleans the parcel information and the semantic information. The system optimizes the parcel information by grouping geo-registered parcels present in the geotagged aerial image into a plurality of islands and generating a plurality of parcel alignment solutions for each island of the plurality of islands. The system refines the plurality of parcel alignment solutions for each island and regularizes each island. The system generates a composite parcel alignment solution based on the refined plurality of parcel alignment solutions for each regularized island to align the geo-registered parcels of each regularized island with the geotagged aerial image.

    Abstract: A current set of context features for a database query that is associated with a string is identified. The database query includes a sequence of tokens of a database syntax, and the current set of context features includes words from the string and tokens from the database query. An inference record is selected from an inference store based on a comparison of the current set of context features to context features of inference records in the inference store. The database query is modified using a resolution of the inference record to obtain an inferred database query. The resolution includes one or more tokens of the database syntax. A search of a database is invoked using a query based on the inferred database query to obtain search results.

    Abstract: By testing for nodule segmentation errors based on the scan data, juxtapleural cases are identified. Once identified, the scan data or subsequent estimation may be altered to account for adjacent rib, tissue, vessel or other structure effecting segmentation. One alteration is to shape a filter as a function of the scan data. For example, an originally estimated ellipsoid for the nodule segmentation defines the filter. The filter is used to identify the undesired information, and masking removes the undesired information for subsequent estimation of the nodule segmentation. Another possible alteration biases the subsequent estimation away from the incorrect information, such as the rib, tissue or vessel information influencing the original estimation. For example, a negative prior or probability is assigned to data corresponding to the originally estimated segmentation for the subsequent estimation.
