Abstract: A method, non-transitory computer readable medium and transaction management device comprising receiving data encrypted using a public asymmetric key and a symmetric key from a mobile computing device, wherein the public asymmetric key and the symmetric key is shared between the transaction management device and the mobile computing device prior to receiving the data. The received data is decrypted using the received symmetric key and an asymmetric private key, wherein the asymmetric private key is generated by the transaction management device prior to receiving the data.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for enabling multi-channel customer assistance for a user of a wireless telecommunication device. The current mobile assistance solutions are more a set of stored datasets which are merely queried on demand. The approach is based on presence of one or more customer assistance engines on a mobile device and a server in communication with the mobile device. Implementation of these engines is disclosed.

Abstract: A method for extending point of sale functionalities of an existing point of sale system is provided. In various embodiments of the present invention, the method comprises the step of building at least one Abstracted Core Register Point of Sale (ACR POS) module from at least one existing point of sale register application. The method further comprises the step of optimizing at least one ACR POS module for extending point of sale functionality to at least one wireless device. Further, the method comprises the step of mapping at least one wireless device to at least one virtual register module and at least one optimized ACR POS module to extend the point of sale functionalities of the existing point of sale system to the mapped wireless device. Furthermore, the method comprises the step of performing one or more point of sale tasks using the mapped wireless device.
