    Abstract: A sensor is provided, in particular a turning angle or torque sensor, with a stator at rest in relation to surroundings and a rotor that can be rotated in relation to the surroundings and the stator. The stator features a support with which the stator is secured against rotation in relation to the surroundings. A printed circuit board is provided, on which an electronic circuit arrangement of the stator is provided. The support is a pin and the electronic circuit arrangement and the pin are at least partially enveloped by a casting compound. One end of the pin protrudes from the casting compound, and the pin is fixed in or on the printed circuit board or in or on the casting compound.

    Abstract: A level sensor (20) for a motor vehicle that comprises a housing (1), a rotor (2) that is rotatably mounted on the housing (1), a circuit board (3) that is enclosed by the housing (1) and contains at least a single stator as well as a connector (4). The level sensor (20) should be improved in such a way that the rotor (2) is easy to mount on the housing (1) and that there is practically no play so that a relative position of the stator as compared to a rotor structure (9) is largely maintained. Overall, the sensor should also be inexpensive to manufacture. This is achieved by the circumstance that the housing (1) exhibits a cylinder (6) with a circular cross-section that is mounted on the outside, that the rotor (2) is made of plastic with the exception of the rotor structure (9) and that the rotor (2) is guided within the cylinder (6) and interlocks with the latter.

The printed circuit board can be inserted in the chamber in the manner of a drawer and can be positioned therein.

    Abstract: A throttle-valve apparatus involves a throttle valve (D) mounted on a shaft (W) which is coupled to a cable line (S) for rotating the shaft. The apparatus includes a first engaging detent, or stop, mechanism, (A1) having a movable engagement point between the cable line and the shaft, a first coupling apparatus (K1) between the cable line and the shaft, and a positioning motor (M) which creates a throttle-valve apparatus whose operation, in a particular uncomplicated and cost effective manner, increases safety and dependability during operation of a motor vehicle. When the positioning motor is driven to drive the throttle valve it is relieved from overcoming a return force of a spring by the first coupling apparatus which includes a first coupling having a changeable or cancellable driving linkage whereby a driving engagement of the linkage is greatest in an immediate area of the movable engagement point of the detent mechanism.
