Abstract: Flat or semi-flat element (1) including a partly or completely circumambient frame (2), which element (1) is manufactured through molding of a polymeric material. The element (1) includes a carrying structure, constituted by the frame (2), and an intermediate wall section (3). The wall section (3) is connected to the frame (2) via a resilient section (4), the resilient section (4) being a part of the wall section (3). The differences in the temperature related shrinkage between the frame (2) and the wall section (3) is absorbed by the resilient section (4), whereby warping of the element (1) is avoided.

Abstract: Collapsible container for transport and storage, comprising a bottom part (2) and side walls (1) movably connected to the bottom part (2) via hinges (3) which are formed by lower hinge-parts (3') and upper hinge-parts (3"). The hinge-parts (3', 3") are integrated with their respective part (1, 2). Two side walls (1), placed on opposite sides are provided with an inwards angled edge (4') at each of their two ends. The edges (4') connect, when in upright position, with the adjoining side walls (1). The inwards angled edges (4') are provided with a number of coupling devices (5) which are intended to interact with corresponding couplings (6) placed at the ends (4") of the adjoining side walls (1). The side walls (1) can hereby be locked together in an upright position. At least two opposite side walls (1), preferably all four, are provided with hollow channel-like reinforcing profiles (7) stretching along three sides of each of the side walls (1), wherein one of the sides is always an upper side (8).

Abstract: A method of producing an injection molded article, such as a pallet made of a polymeric material. The pallet having an integral rim. Said rim is manufactured by means of a gas injection procedure involving a mold and means for injecting a pressurized gas into a molten polymeric material in the mold. The injection of the pressurized gas results in at least one substantially closed circumambient hollow internal channel in the rim, wherein the mold is provided with one or more mold cavity portions with an enlarged or expandable cross-section providing the outer shape of at least parts of the rim. The mold is further provided with at least one gate for injection of a molten polymeric material, and at least one gas duct for injection of the pressurized gas into the core of the molten polymeric material. Each gas duct is connected to a reservoir cavity, which reservoir cavities collectively form a part of the mold cavity portions.
