  • Publication number: 20220245600
Abstract: Home management tasks may be tracked, scheduled, verified, and accounted for using computer systems interacting with each other to maintain an overall “HomeScore” for a given property. The HomeScore represents an indication of compliance with overall quality of maintenance tasks for a specific residential property. Compliance may be required by local ordinances and building codes. Insurance companies may desire insight into upkeep (e.g., overall maintenance) of the property for which they are providing “homeowners insurance.” Disclosed systems may interact with a) government computer systems (e.g., building code enforcement, property tax authorities, etc.); b) real estate agent computer systems (e.g., systems that promote buying and selling of real estate); and c) vendor computer systems (e.g., service providers and do it yourself (DIY) retailers). This interaction, along with homeowner input of data, may be used to produce an individualized HomeScore representing one validated (i.e.

  • Patent number: 5328307
Abstract: A cutting tool of the specified type is to be miniaturized and configured in such a manner that it is suitable for working bores having a diameter of 6 mm and more and for high-speed work with revolving tools. The solution according to the invention provides that the adjustment screws for radially adjusting the cutting plate simultaneously form a clamping means for the form-locking clamping of the cutting plate to the supporting shoulder of the basic tool body.A preferred field of use are precision drills and grinding tools equipped with inserted cutting strips made of a highly wear resistant cutting material.

  • Patent number: 4559923
Abstract: A ceramic stove that may be supplied in kit form includes a base frame, a cast iron firebox secured on the base frame, a top frame attached to and surrounding the top of the firebox, and ceramic panels extending between and held by the frames in spaced relation from the firebox. The ceramic panels are "ship-lapped" relative to each other and are not cemented or otherwise positively attached to each other. Logs may be fed as fuel into the fire box door from one side of the stove allowing longer logs to be burned. The logs rest on a grate which includes a "shakable" portion for shaking ashes onto an ash pan located below the grate. A separate, small door into the firebox is provided for starting the fire and that door is covered by another, safety door which also closes the space through which the ash pan is removed for emptying. An outer screen gate is provided to overlie the firebox doors and the entire side of the firebox.
