    Abstract: A blank cartridge device is disclosed. According to one example, the blank cartridge device includes a frame, a threaded bush, a nozzle body, and a cover bushing. In such an arrangement, the frame may include first and second longitudinal sides and front and rear sides, wherein the rear side includes a laterally open recess, and wherein the frame is laterally deferrable on a muzzle flash eliminator of an automatic firearm. The nozzle body may include a male thread on the outer periphery of the nozzle body and may be adapted to be screwed into the threaded bush and to extend into the muzzle flash eliminator.

The weapon has a functional part that can be moved by the release of a round, and a connectable and disconnectable single-shot device which, when activated, causes release of one shot for every actuation of the weapon trigger. To restrict the number of rounds of a burst to only two rounds, after release of one round with the single-shot device disconnected, the movement of the functional part automatically activates the single-shot device so that only a single additional round is released.

    Abstract: A trigger arrangement for an automatic weapon with switch-over between continuous firing and single-shot modes includes a hammer, a breechblock, a latch, a pivotably mounted trigger, and a firing lever. In the single-shot mode, the firing lever engages the hammer and retains it in tension while the trigger is depressed. When the continuous firing mode is selected, the firing lever is moved to an inactive position and retained by an engaging element. The engaging element is preferably a slider which is controlled by a safety and firing cessation roller that is actuated by an operating lever.

    Abstract: A gas-pressure loading arrangement for a self-loading rifle includes a gas cylinder fluidly connected to the bore of the rifle barrel and a gas piston received in the gas cylinder to define a gas chamber. The gas piston has piston ring members seated thereon in engagement with the inner surface of the gas cylinder under tension. The piston ring members allow the gas piston to be loosely received in the gas cylinder while preventing gas leakage around the piston. The piston ring members also scrape gas deposits off the inner wall of the gas cylinder during piston movement so that the inner wall remains clean.

    Abstract: A loading lever assembly for a hand-operated firearm has a loading lever which can be pivoted from a released position in which it lies in the longitudinal direction of the weapon to an end-of-swing position on either side of the weapon. The lever is pivotally connected to a mounting strip on the breech block carrier by means of an oblong slot formed in an end of the loading lever and a pivot pin on the mounting strip. The oblong slot allows the lever to be moved from an end-of-swing position to an operation position in which the loading lever engages two end stops on the mounting strip to prevent the lever from swinging forward or rearward. A spring-loaded cam arrangement provides the restoring force for returning the lever to the released position from the end-of-swing positions.

    Abstract: A self-loading weapon includes a bolt and a tension slide slidably mounted in the housing of the weapon, and an interlocking mechanism for securely locking the tension slide in its front end position during the shooting operation of the weapon. The interlocking mechanism comprises an angled lever which is pivotally connected to the tension slide. One arm of the angled lever is formed as a hand grip protruding from the weapon for manually moving the tension slide and the breech block. A second arm of the angled lever has a latch formed thereon for engaging a stop formed in the housing when the tension slide is in its front end position to prevent the tension slide from rearward movement.
