  • Patent number: 4233696
Abstract: A semi-squat toilet seat: The toilet seat has enlarged inward sloping opposite middle portions for the supportive engagement of the user's thighs and an opening including enlarged front and rear portions and a relatively narrow middle portion. The lack of any support areas in the front and rear portions of the toilet seat in combination with the inwardly sloped configuration of the enlarged opposite middle portions positions the user into a semi-squat position, thighs and buttocks spread apart, legs angled upwardly, body bent forward at the waist, over the middle portion of a toilet bowl. The enlarged front and rear portions of the opening allow the insertion of the hand for blotting and wiping and prevent soiling.

  • Patent number: 4215685
Abstract: A pair of anatomically fitted trousers with an improved construction of the crotch and front region consisting of the usual leg portions, the usual waistband and a novel combination crotch/front panel. The conventional leg portions with one, two or various seams at any desired location are closely fitted around each upper thigh and buttock, are suspended from the waistline by means of the usual waistband and are joined together at the rear by a medial seam, closely following the contour line of the sagittal section of the pelvis down to a point near the anus. Starting at said point an oblong triangular cutout is provided between said leg portions having two concavely curved long edges and one convexly curved or straight short edge, exposing the perineum and genitals, the pubic area and abdominal area above up to the waistband.

  • Patent number: 4145767
Abstract: A composite water closet and bidet includes a bowl defining a water basin having a rear edge portion on which a storage tank is positioned, in fluid communication with the water basin. A toilet seat having an opening therein is pivotally mounted on the bowl to provide a seating surface on the rim of the bowl. A bidet basin is pivotally mounted on the bowl above the seat and has a peripheral seating flange overlying the seating surface of the toilet seat as well as a basin portion which extends through the opening of the toilet seat into the water basin of the bowl. The bowl rim, toilet seat, and bidet have a generally complementary peripheral configuration to provide a uniform and neat appearance, as well as comfortable seating.
