Abstract: A method and a system for mutual consensus of meeting participants in established real-time sessions configured for allowing mutual consensus. In some embodiments, the a virtual meeting can be established between multiple parties (e.g. at least two participants) in which nobody can leave the meeting, or session, until an agreement is reached. In addition, a meeting exit function can be provided to give a moderator control to prohibit participants from leaving the meeting beforehand.

Abstract: A method and a system can automatically prioritize emergency calls based on health data. Such prioritization can be provided even when the call is placed by a person who has no idea of what has happened in the incident and cannot give many details about the health status of the parties involved.

Abstract: A method and system for emergency responses can evaluate media data. An appropriate authority device or system can analyze media data such as a picture provided by an eyewitness' device to determine whether emergency relevant objects are visible in the media data and assigns confidence values to them. Furthermore, the location of the objects and the location of the media data can be determined to verify the authenticity of the possible emergency and to respond with the appropriate emergency response.

Abstract: A method and a system for improving emergency response time for mobile callers can be configured to take advantage of knowledge regarding numerous devices and their states of services they offer. Embodiments of the method and system can be adapted to optimize the selection of one or more alternative destinations for a caller who may be moving while also avoiding unnecessary call re-routings.

Abstract: A method and a device for using excess heat of flue gas that is not required for operating a flue gas desulfurization device of a power plant is presented. Before being introduced into the flue gas desulfurization device. The flue gas is guided through preheaters for heating the combustion air and an electrostatic filter. The combustion air preheating step is achieved with two air preheaters, one arranged upstream of the electrostatic filter and one arranged downstream of the electrostatic filter. A partial flue gas stream is branched off at least before the first air preheater arranged upstream of the electrostatic filter. The partial flue gas stream is used to generate steam.
