  • Publication number: 20140287195
Abstract: The invention rotates to a method for producing an equipment part (1). According to the invention, the equipment part (1) is provided with a decorative skin (2) at least in some sections, wherein the decorative skin (2) is integrated with at least two differently colored and/or different structured material regions (2.1, 2.2) then are adjacent to one another along a separating line (3), wherein the separating line (3) of the material regions (2.1, 2.2) of the decorative skin (2) that are adjacent to one another is oriented in correspondence with a recess (12) of the equipment part (1) substantially pointing away from the visible side and then deepens into the recess (12) of the equipment part (1) in a form-closed manner in the area of the separating line (3) and is fastened in a bonded manner. The invention further relates to a tool for producing an equipment part (1). The invention further relates to an equipment part (1) for arrangement in a vehicle.

  • Patent number: 5224802
Abstract: In a method of controlling the infeed of air from an auxiliary conduit of a pneumatic conveyor installation into a tubular conveyor conduit into which compressed gas is introduced from a connecting conduit and the latter, upon a rise in pressure occurring upstream of the mouth thereof in the conveyor direction, in the conveyor conduit, is opened with a supply of air from an auxiliary conduit at high pressure, said supply of air into the conveyor conduit is interrupted in the event of pressure equalisation building up therein, by a control member which opens and closes the connecting conduit and which is guided in a path of movement which can be acted upon by at least one secondary flow of the auxiliary conduit, and a closing force is applied in a pulse-wise fashion to the control member.

  • Patent number: 5082024
Abstract: A valve assembly which allows air to pass in one direction in a substantially resistance-like manner while preventing the flow of air in the opposite direction. The valve assembly includes a hollow conduit having 1) an interior peripheral surface which defines a flow passage, 2) an exterior peripheral surface, and 3) a radial passage extending through the conduit for communicating the flow passage with the exterior peripheral surface. The valve assembly also includes a continuous recess formed in the exterior peripheral surface of the hollow conduit in the region of the radial passage and a valve positioned within the recess in the exterior peripheral surface and proximate to the radial passage. The valve includes a pressure ring portion and a continuous lip portion pivotably connected to said pressure ring.

  • Patent number: 4981555
Abstract: The solutions are concentrated by multiple-effect evaporation in indirectly heated evaporators. The highest concentration of the solution is reached in a final evaporator stage, which is heated with live steam. The final evaporators stage includes two to four falling-film evaporators, all of which are heated with live steam. The falling-film evaporators are consecutively flown through by the solution. Vapor is withdrawn from that falling-film evaporator which is the first to be supplied with the solution and at least part of said vapor is directly contacted with the solution as it flows down through the heating zone of at least one other evaporator of the final stage. From that falling-film evaporator of the final stage which is the first to be supplied with the solution the vapor may be fed to all other evaporators of the final stage.

  • Patent number: 4955761
Abstract: A process and an apparatus for pneumatically conveying material in a tubular conveyor conduit (10) into which pressure gas is introduced from a connecting conduit (12, 12.sub.a), are improved in that, in the event of a rise in pressure in the conveyor conduit (10), in the direction of conveying movement (x) upstream of the connecting conduit or the mouth opening (13) thereof, the latter is opened for a feed of air from a secondary conduit (16) under high pressure, and that said feed of air into the conveyor conduit (10) is interrupted upon equalization of the pressure in the conveyor conduit (10) in the region upstream of as well as downstream of the mouth opening (13) of the connecting conduit (12).

  • Patent number: 4850751
Abstract: Apparatus for passing a feed of particulate material into a pneumatic conveyor conduit includes a charging chamber communicating with the material feed and a closure arrangement having a closure cone axially movable between a position of communicating the charging chamber with the material feed and a closure position of closing off the chamber from the feed. The closure cone is formed by the base portion of a hollow operating member extending substantially axially in the direction of flow of the material from the feed into the chamber. The operating member is generally tubular and has at least one opening outside the material flow path into the charging chamber. A closure element within the operating member is movable between first and second positions of closing and opening the opening in the operating member, in dependence on the phase of the conveying operation.

  • Patent number: 4674922
Abstract: An apparatus having a charging lock chamber which can be alternately closed off with respect to a supply container by a movable closure head and an annular sealing edge in opposite relationship thereto as a seat therefor, on the one hand, and from a pneumatic conveyor conduit by a flap, on the other hand, for charging a feed of particles of bulk material into the conveyor conduit, is to require inter alia only one conveyor vessel for the virtually continuous conveying of bulk material, is not to require a metering device disposed at an upstream location, and is also to be suitable for conveying pressures of around 6 bars. That is achieved in that associated with the sealing edge is at least one annular feed duct for a curtain of air which is directed towards the closure head, and that the flap which is pivoted at one end has a force storage device engaging beneath it and in its closure position bears against the substantially horizontal edge of a mouth opening (18) of the charging lock chamber.
