  • Patent number: 10652456
Abstract: In one example, an apparatus for capturing an image includes a pixel array and a row jump register. The row jump register exposes a plurality of rows of the pixel array to the image. The rows are exposed in a non-sequential, patterned order based on a jump distance. The rows of the pixel array are read into a frame buffer memory in the non-sequential, patterned order based on the jump distance.

  • Patent number: 8994837
Abstract: In an embodiment, an image processing device is provided. The image processing device may include: a first image acquirer configured to acquire a first image of a first spatial resolution; a second image acquirer configured to acquire a second image of a second spatial resolution, wherein the second spatial resolution may be higher than the first spatial resolution; a determiner configured to determine in the first image a location of a part of the first image that corresponds to a pre-determined part of the second image based on a pre-determined similarity criterion; and a copying circuit configured to copy the pre-determined part of the second image to a location in an output image based on the determined location.

  • Publication number: 20120262596
Abstract: According to various embodiments, an image focusing device may be provided. The image focusing device may include an image acquirer configured to acquire digital data representing an image. The image focusing device may further include a region selector configured to receive information indicating a first region of the image and indicating a second region of the image. The second region may be different from the first region. The image focusing device may further include an image deconvolver configured to iteratively apply deconvolutions to the first region and to the second region. A stopping criterion for the iterative application of the deconvolutions may be based on a focusing quality of the deconvolved first region and is independent from the deconvolved second region.

  • Publication number: 20110242411
Abstract: A system for minimizing signals for video data communication is provided. The system comprises a first interface for selecting at least one video signal for transmission via a video data vector based on a data enable signal and a second interface for outputting at least one video signal from the video data vector based on the data enable signal.
