  • Publication number: 20240244473
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a network manager comprising a data interface configured to communicatively couple to at least one radio access network, and to communicatively couple to a load data source network; and a network controller configured to receive request data with regard to the transmission of a load data from the load data source network, to provide configuration proposal data defining at least one set of radio access network resources for transmission of the load data based on the request data; and to output the configuration proposal data in response to the request data; wherein the data interface is configured to receive confirmation data in response to the configuration proposal data; and wherein the network controller is configured to provide configuration data based on the confirmation data to at least one radio access network. Further, the present disclosure provides a respective method.

  • Publication number: 20240244651
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a network manager comprising a data interface configured to communicatively couple to at least one radio access network of a broadcast network, and to a load data source network; and a request database comprising data of at least one historical data transmission; and a network scheduler communicatively coupled to the data interface and the request database and configured to receive request data with regard to the transmission of load data, and to provide configuration data for configuring the at least one radio access network to use specific radio access network resources for transmission of the load data; wherein the network scheduler is configured to define the configuration data based on the request data and at least partially based on the data stored in the request database. The present disclosure further provides a respective method.

  • Publication number: 20240237040
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a network manager comprising a data interface configured to communicatively couple to a first group of radio access networks that are configured to wirelessly emit a load data signal in geographical regions that overlap at least partially, and to communicatively couple to a load data source network that provides load data capable of being separated into load data parts; and a network controller communicatively coupled to the data interface and configured to provide different configuration data to at least two of the radio access networks of the first group for the purpose of configuring the at least two radio access networks to each use individual radio access network resources for transmission of at least two respective load data parts. The present invention further provides a respective receiving device and a respective method.

  • Patent number: 8692698
Abstract: The invention relates to a method and a system for external, digital coding of a baseband or intermediate-frequency signal. Initially, a digital datastream is converted in a coding device into a digital-baseband signal in the time domain or into a digital intermediate-frequency signal in the time domain. The digitally generated signal is output via an asynchronous-serial interface of the coding device to another device. Such a device also provides an asynchronous-serial interface, which is connected to the asynchronous-serial interface of the coding device. The device reads in the output digital-baseband signal or intermediate-frequency signal for further processing.

  • Patent number: 7617310
Abstract: The invention relates to remote controlling and telemonitoring an unmanned radio transmitter (1), which can be controlled from a center if required. The center is connected to the remote-controlled transmitters via a public or private network and the operational functions of the transmitter are, if required, remote-controlled or interrogated by the center, according to the HTTP protocol, via a connection to a server/browser network linked to the remote-control device; simultaneously, the operational functions are automatically transmitted, without a prompt, from the transmitter to the centre (2) via a checkback network connection according to the SNMP- or HTTP-principle.
