    Abstract: An apparatus for ultrasonic processing of workpieces is described. The apparatus comprises a converter plate, at least one feed unit mounted on said converter plate, at least one vibratory structure being coupled to said feed unit and having a converter, a sonotrode and a longitudinal axis, and adjusting means for adjusting the vibratory structure in at least two directions transversely to its longitudinal axis. The adjusting means include a plurality of fixing means arranged in the manner of a raster on said converter plate in such a manner that the feed unit can be fixed on the adapter plate with the aid of at least one fixing means selected from the plurality of fixing means.
