Abstract: A heat exchanger which is particularly suitable for use in a process water distillation system comprises a first flow path configured to be flown through with a first fluid to be heated und a second flow path configured to be flown through with a second fluid to be cooled. The second flow path is in thermal contact with the first flow path at least in sections, and the second flow path is designed such that a flow of the second fluid, upon being fed into the second flow path and/or upon flowing through the second flow path, is calmed. A suction device is configured to suck a fluid component, which separates from the second fluid while the second fluid is supplied into the second flow path and/or flows through the second flow path, from a surface of the second fluid in the second flow path.

Abstract: A process water distillation system (10) comprises an evaporator (18), a condenser (34), a compressor (28) configured to generate a desired pressure in at least a region of the process water distillation system (10) and to convey steam from the evaporator (18) to the condenser (34) during operation of the process water distillation system (10), an inert gas source (40) configured to supply inert gas to the process water distillation system (10), and a control device (48) configured to control the supply of inert gas from the inert gas source (40) to the process water distillation system (10) in such a way that, at least in certain operating phases of the process water distillation system (10), an oxygen concentration in the process water distillation system (10) does not exceed a permissible maximum value.

Abstract: A mounting plate for attachment of a furniture fitting such as a hinge arm of a furniture hinge to a wall of a piece of furniture, includes a bottom plate having an end face intended for securement to an attachment surface of the wall; and a top plate configured for placement over the bottom plate and having throughholes for passage of screw fasteners and an adjustment member which is provided to allow displacement of the top plate relative to the bottom plate. The top plate has a central portion, which is in line with the end face of the bottom plate on the attachment surface, and a marginal area which is slightly set back relative to the attachment surface.

Abstract: A furniture hinge, includes a hinge part securable to a movable component of a furniture piece, a hinge arm pivotally mounted to the hinge part, a mounting plate connected to the hinge arm, and fastening screws for securing the mounting plate to a body-related component of the furniture piece, with the mounting plate having support studs for projection in a corresponding number of mortises formed in the body-related component of the furniture piece, wherein the fastening screws are arranged in a directly adjoining area of the support studs when threaded in for securing the mounting plate.

Abstract: Apparatus for filtering solid particles suspended in a gas includes a housing divided by a plate into an upper clean gas chamber and a lower polluted gas chamber. Depending filter elements are secured to apertures in the plate. Polluted gas flows to a distributor, in the lower chamber below the filter elements, to which is coupled a plurality of vertically disposed pipes extending upwardly past the filter elements to outlets disposed in the vicinity of the plate. The upward discharge from these outlets is then deflected downwardly past the filter elements.

Abstract: An air-cooled vane-cell compressor is provided which has a housing, a bore hole therethrough and an outer surface. Cooling air fins are arranged on the housing surface in a longitudinal direction of the housing. A rotor which has two free shaft ends is arranged within the housing eccentric to the housing bore. Covers are arranged on front faces of the housing and the rotor shaft ends are rotatably supported in the covers. A suction flange and an ejection flange are arranged in the housing at 90.degree. to the covers and along a common longitudinal axis. The rotor has a rotational axis that is symmetrically arranged to the outer contour of the housing and to the flanges, and the housing bore is doubly eccentric to the rotational axis of the rotor in a top dead center direction.

Abstract: A single-stage vane compressor is provided which includes a casing that has a bore hole running from one end to another end, an outer contour, a water-cooled jacket, a rotor eccentrically arranged in the casing borehole and a rotational axis symmetric with the outer contour of the casing. The rotor has a top dead center position and a bottom dead center position, and the bore hole is arranged in the casing so as to be eccentric to the rotor axis toward the top dead center. A suction flange and an ejection flange are arranged opposite one another in the casing jacket along a common axis normal to the rotor axis, which common axis forms an axis of symmetry with the outer contour of the casing. Two axially parallel walls are arranged in the jacket in a vertical plane of symmetry so as to divide the cooling jacket relative to a suction side and an ejection side. Additionally, two water-cooled covers are provided, one of the covers being arranged on each end of the casing so as to cover the bore hole.

Abstract: A furniture hinge has a hinge arm connectible to the body of a piece of furniture and a lever connectible to a closure for the furniture. The closure is movable between a closed position and an open position. A damping device is disposed between the hinge arm and the lever and includes a housing having a bellows-like first part and a second part secured to the hinge arm. A piston rides in the housing and divides it into first and second chambers. The piston is provided with flow channels which allow hydraulic fluid in the housing to flow between the first and second chambers. The piston is mounted on a rod which extends through, and is coupled to, the first housing part and is articulately connected to the lever. A sealing member likewise mounted on the rod is arranged to seal the flow channels upon movement of the closure to its closed position.

Abstract: The invention relates to a furniture fitting in the form of a cup-shaped hinge housing which can be anchored into a bore of a furniture door and used as a door side pivot carrier for a furniture hinge. The hinge housing has a locking element which can be rotated about an axis at right angles to a circumferential wall and which has a section for holding the locking element when it is in a locked position. In a preferred embodiment of the hinge housing, two swivelling locking elements are provided which are connected to each other by a bracket shaped element so that when the bracket shaped element is swivelled to a given position by hand the locking element is moved into a locking position.

Abstract: The invention relates to a furniture hinge with hinge arm with at least one pivoting axis. The hinge arm can be fastened by means of a base or adjusting plate on a furniture side wall so that the hinge arm can be adjusted along three axes. The base plate consists of a cup shaped anchoring part inserted into a bore in the furniture side wall and an intermediate support which is fastened on the end face of the anchoring part which remains visible after the insertion of the anchoring part. The anchoring part and the intermediate support are connected to each other by at least one spring loaded ratchet element which engages behind a ratchet step and the ratchet element consists of at least one first wall section with a ratchet nose which projects in the direction of the pivot axis as well as at right angles to the end face. A wedge member locks the anchoring part and intermediate support into a disassembleable assembly.

Abstract: A hinge for pivotally supporting a glass door to a furniture part or the like. The hinge comprises a housing which fits within a mating through aperture in the door. The housing is provided with a peripheral flange which abuts one surface of the door adjacent to the recess therein and also has a clamping means detachably secured thereto which abuts the opposite surface of the door so that the housing can be tightly secured to the glass door. A generally L-shaped hinge arm is provided which is secured to the furniture part and which defines therein a hollow interior portion. The hinge arm is pivotally mounted to the housing. A latch member within the interior portion of the hinge arm is pivotally supported therein, and a spring resiliently urges the latch in a direction to engage with an abutment on the housing when the glass door is moved to its closed position.
