Abstract: The invention describes a locking system for stacking boxes that is characterized by individual plate-shaped elements, where two such plate-shaped elements each are assigned and can be attached to two opposite sides of a stacking box. Each element exhibits locking components at its top and bottom side, that can be locked in an engaging manner to locking components of elements that are assigned to a stacking box stacked above or below.
